| We, as a group could not stop talking about how much fun we had touring on a Segway.
It allowed us to go to places where a tour bus could not get to, plus it was easy to handle and provided a fun way to explore historical sites. it brought the child in all of us. |

| WOW - This this was a fun thing to do!
Blasting over the sidewalks of DC at more than 10 mph was worth the money, the tour and the tour guides were great too! I cant wait till my kids are 16 so I can do it again! |

| Our group consisted of 4; myself (age 53), my brother and my teenage niece and nephew. It took me about 10 minutes of practice in the store and in the park across from the store to get comfortable with the Segway and then we were off. We chose the 7:00 p.m. tour which was a great choice because their is less sidewalk congestion in the evening. Our guide, Noah, was professional and knowledgeable. In addition to the knowledge, it was just plain good fun. It is a little pricey, but worth every penny. It was the highlight of our 4 day Washington, D.C. trip. There is a short and necessary safety film and briefing. Bike helmets are mandatory for safety. If I go again, you can be sure I will take the Segway tour again with this company. |

| I'm a long time native of northern Virginia and have worked in downtown DC off and on for about the past 14-15 years. Over the past 7 years, I've worked as a contractor for a federal agency close to the Smithsonian / Washington Mall. For years, I've seen tourists on these Segway tours and always told myself, "one day I'm gonna try that."
On a Thursday evening (7:30pm), I organized an evening outing with co-workers and friends for a DC Segway Tour with Capital Segway. It was absolutely an unforgettable experience. Riding the Segway was so exhilirating to say the least. It provided so much mobility providing us the ability to cover so many sites in the alotted 2 hours. In various open areas, to include the White House, Freedom Plaza, and the Capitol to name a few, the tour guide allowed us to cut it lose. Nice thing they don't use governors/speed limiters in the Segways used at Capitol Segway - this allowed us to take these machines to it's top speed of 12.5 miles/hour. This is something I will definitely do again!!! |

| Excellent tour, fun and Karen was great!
The instruction before we left made me feel very comfortable and confident on my Segway. Was a fun was to travel and see the sites. I really liked that we had the ear pieces so we could learn about the various history and quirky stories about building and monuments that we went past. I notice the other Segway company didn't provide this. |

| Segways are remarkable vehicles. Easy to drive, despite being very high tech. They're a good way to see Washington, DC. The tour guide was informative and I learned quite a few new things. The price was a little on the high side, and my back started to hurt a little toward the end, but other than that I had a very good time. |

| I booked with Capital Segway because
(1) they had more time slots than the others
(2) they don't restrict the speed
(3) the biggest reason is that each of us had wireless headset so we could hear our tour guide regardless of whether we were stopped at an interesting site or cruising along a path. This allowed him to provide more narration and information without having to be turning your head to attempt to listen the guide. This is very important when you're trying to drive a Segway and listen at the same time. It gives you the ability to focus on where your going and the surroundings all the while clearly hearing the insight about the area/attractions. |

| Aaron was an amazing tour guide. We had a wonderful time. The Segways don't take long to master. Recommend going on the tour as soon as you get in town so you know what to go back and see during your stay! |

| The tour guide that we had on the 7th of july at 11am was great His name was noah and he was very knowledgeable and answered all questions well. Howe
However we were told 3 separate times that we were going to see the war memorials when we were calling to ask questions. While we were on our tour I asked when we were going see the war memorials. Our tour guide told us that the park service does not allow segways on the grounds. We had specifically. Not gone to the memorials because we were told it was on the tour. We did not have time to go and see them after the tour that day. When we got back to the store the owner asked me how I enjoyed my tour. I told him that I was disappointed because I was told that we were going to the war memorials. He responded by telling me that I could walk there. For this reason if someone asks what they should do while in dc I will recommend a segway tour just not with your company. |
