My son and I did the 2 hour monument tour and it was excellent. The tour guide was exceptional - patient while I learned the ins and outs of the Segway - full of background information on everything we passed on the tour. He was also fun for the 20 year olds on the tour with tips on Segway "tricks" and tour highlights that might appeal more to them than their parents - for sure a tour for everyone. It made our weekend !

The best way to see the monuments

I am a frequent traveler and enjoy 2 to 3 hours tours. The segway experience in D.C was the highlight of the trip. The staff was funny and very informative. I will repeat this tour again and only wish they had this in more cities.

The segways are easy to use and safe. The tour was 2 hours but seemed like much less. The guides were funny and friendly. I enjoyed every minute of it and look forward to doing it again. The price was a little high and I would do it more often if it were a little more reasonable.

I was a little skeptical going on this tour by mere review ratings, yet my husband and I had a great time. If you are thinking about going, due take head to the comfortable shoe suggestion. The tour guides were awesome and I loved that we had headphones. It made it so much easier to hear and to focus. Would totally go again.

Simply a great way to experience DC's monuments!

My wife and I have experienced riding Segways through Berlin and wanted to share this experience with her parents in DC. Even though my wife's parents spoke little English, they were able to safely learn to operate the Segway in Captial Segway's office and were zooming around DC in no time. Max was a gracious host and made us feel safe and entertained the whole time. For anyone looking to experience the sites of DC in a different way, I whole heartily recommend a tour from Capital Segay!

I have lived in DC for 25 years but like to be a tourist every once in a while. Instead of taking a boring bus tour I decided to go the interactive route. Once me and my girlfriend figured out how to use the Segways it was a blast. I highly recommend going on the Segway tour over any other tour in DC. Really fun time.
