| Our guide was great! So glad we did the evening tour because the temperature was cool, the crowds were less, and the lighted monuments were beautiful. Our segway tour was the most memorable activity of a very busy week.. Recommend that you tour early in your visit (rather that the last). Only negative was some of the idiots in our group ("can we stop to shop for a t-shirt"). |

| My wife and I are in our fifties and were given this tour of DC by our children as a gift. Both she and I were somewhat apprehensive about our ability to operate the Segways without killing ourselves or destroying something. As it turned out, our fears were completely unfounded. After a short amount of training, we were both very comfortable with their operation---even to the point of speeding around at a couple of spots where we stopped.
I had seen most of the places we toured before but found the tour and views excellent. Our tour leader was patient, relaxed and made the trip fun. The highlight was operating the Segways though! Both of us absolutely loved them!
I would certainly recommend this to anyone/everyone! It was the most fun we had in the days we spent in DC. |

| My husband has always wanted to do a Segway tour and being someone who is afraid of rollerskating or bicyclying I have refused. As a surprise anniversary gift this year I booked us a weekend trip to Washington D.C. and as part of the trip we were to take a Segway tour. To put it mildly HE LOVED IT and SO DID I!!!! After viewing the instructional video I was terrified of falling, being mamed, etc. However, just after a few minutes of personalized instruction from a very, very patient young man, I was off and gliding! My husband enjoyed the ride, but I think he more enjoyed watching me overcome my fear. The machines were wonderful and very easy to use. One of the teenagers on our tour insisted that her mother purchase one when they finished the trip. The tour guides were fantastic and very informative. They even kept our group up to date on the score of the U.S. vs. Brazil soccer game which was taking place during our tour. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone, young & old, who would like to see D.C. from a different perspective. We have toured D.C. many many times in our 33 years of marriage (even spent our honeymoon there). This was by far one of the best tours that we have ever taken and will definitely do it again. We are now looking into a Segway tour for our trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico at Christmas time with our adult children. Can't wait !!! |

| We are still talking about our experience touring DC on SEGWAYS! My husband, Mitch and I have recommended the concept and Capital Segways to everyone that we've talked with because we had a blast whizzing around the city taking in the many sights!
Reservations were easy and confirmation quick. Steve at Capital Segways welcomed us on the morning of our tour and our tour guide, Max was professional, thorough about instructions for the Segways, funny and quite informed about the sights in Washington, DC.
Tons of fun at a fair price...worth the exhilaration! Thank you for helping to make our first time experience on Segways so much fun and something that we will do again in Washington, DC...and again in other cities!
Sincerely, Cathy and Mitchell Sitcov, Palm City, FL |

| It was very easy to learn how to ride the Segway. We are so glad that we decided to take the tour and it definately was one of the highlights of our trip. I would strongly suggest it. It's a great way to learn alot about DC in a fun way. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. |

| Will was a great tour guide, with lots of information about the city. This was the second time I've toured a major city on Segways. I absolutely LOVE them-even checked on buying a couple or putting in a business in my home city. They are so much fun and easy to adapt to. The traffic in DC was just a little daunting, but we managed it quite well and of course along mall area you can be out of the traffic zones. I would recommend a Segway tour to anyone. The orientation video makes it seem more complicated than it really is-sort of a CYA thing, so don't be intimidated. Riding a Segway is super easy and so much fun. Love it, love it, love it!! |
