| We did the Capital Segway tour in D.C. It was great... incredible would define it better. Everything was great from buying the service through Zerve to the actual Segway experience.
Hope this helps.

| We absolutely loved this!
Our guide was wonderful and took lots of time to take pictures of us and take us to good photo op spots. He knew a lot about the DC sites.
We are in our late thirties and had never ridden a Segway before. The training is brief and you feel comfortable on the Segway right away. They have a new version of the Segway where you just lean your body to control it - which is a lot easier that it sounds!
Standing on the Segway for all that time was no problem, because you are having so much fun. Besides, it's much easier on your legs than all of the walking required in DC! It was a breezy winter day and our group got really cold especially ears and hands, so I would recommend bundling up extra for the ride. Using the Segway with gloves is no problem, although taking pictures with gloves is another whole issue! The Segways have a little pack on the front for you to put your camera, etc. in, which was very convenient. One unexpected aspect was that you become a sight for other sightseeers - everyone looks at you and some take pictures of you. But that just added to the fun.
I would highly recommend this activity and I am planning to do a Segway tour in any other city I visit that offers one! |

| My husband and our friends, a couple from NJ, had a GREAT time on this Segway tour. We had done the tour in San Francisco about 3-4 years ago and couldn't wait to do it in DC. I chose this tour because we didn't start off with the "slow" key. It was worth it to me to have that option instead of another tour for 3 hours with the slow key.
Also, the tour guides were fantastic. They knew their DC history and were very interesting to listen to...even as a local.
I have already referred you guys to a lot of people. In fact, a co-worker of mine will be taking his team on your tour tomorrow! I believe he was thinking about going with the 3-hour tour (more bang for the buck?) but after I told him about the keys, he decided to go with your company. I absolutely know that he won't be disappointed.
So, if you have the option to take this tour...TAKE IT! IT'S SO WORTH THE $$$ and TIME!! :) |

| We had a great time on the Segway. The staff had us comfortable on them within 15 minutes and we were ready to take to the streets. Great exposure to the city and gave us a chance to stop and take photo's. Also, were able to decide what we wanted to go back and see again. |

| The main concern we had was with my wife...she was very fearful of riding on the segway. The personnel at Capital Segway spent time with her to get her used to the equipment and, when we went over to the park across the street, she became much more confident. By the end of the tour she was hoping that it could go on longer. In short, we had a blast and would highly recommend Capital Segway Tours to anyone who wants a fun way to tour Washington and have the time of their life. |

| 5 adults and 1 16-year old went on the 2-hour DC tour on a Sunday morning at 9:30am. I highly recommend either early morning or late in the day times because you do travel on sidewalks and the fewer people are on the sidewalks, the more fun it is cruising around on your Segway. |

| Because your fee is non refundable and I had to reschedule my return trip to LA from the NEA convention to Sunday Morning, I was not able to use the ticket. I would like some of my money back because my situation may very well have enabled you to book a last minute rider and you did not lose as much as I did.
Thanks,

| Although I knew the segways were relatively easy, I was still a bit anxious about learning to ride. I didn't imagine that it would be so easy. As a 50'something woman with a bad back, I had no problems!
We enjoyed the evening tour, but probably wouldn't do it again. Trying to watch where you're going (some places aren't lit all that great), constantly adjusting your vision, at a fairly quick pace, is rather distracting. I was grateful that I had already seen most of the sites. Next time, we'll do the daytime tour, and probably the longer one (3-4 hours), if they're not so rushed. Still, a great time! Highly recommended. |
