| I was already very familiar with the monuments and public buildings we saw on our Segway tour, but it was great fun to learn to ride (drive?) a Segway -- which is an amazing vehicle -- and to zip along the sidewalks providing entertainment to locals and tourists alike. Our leader was both a good Segway instructor and a good tourguide. The next time we have out-of-town guests we'll offer them a Segway tour; it may be the highlight of their visit! |

| Even having toured the mall and monuments many a time, this was a great way to re-see them. My husband had read about the segway for years, and always wanted to try one. It was very easy and a lot of fun! We did witness a couple of spills in our group, but did not have a problem ourselves. It only requries a little awareness of your surroundings. Enjoy! |

| We would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have some serious fun while seeing the major sites of Washington, DC. Kyle, our tour guide, was super. The segways are just amazing machines. I expected to have a great time on this tour and enjoyed myself even more than I had thought I would. |

Wish I had the segway for my whole trip

| We were in DC for 4 days. We did the Segway tour on the first day just to get acquainted with the city. I wish I had it for the other 3 days. There is a LOT of walking in DC. The Segway was a blast. A lot more of a workout than you might think. BRING WATER WITH YOU!!! Once you learn to trust the machine, it is a piece of cake. I'll probably consider renting one for a day or two next time I go back. |

| We had a great time on our tour! To be honest, we didn't take it for historical reasons but merely for the segways so we were pretty easy to please. We had a great tour guide (Noah) who was very friendly and accomodating.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone in DC. |

| We did the Segway tour as a family outing. We weren't really interested in the tour, as we are local, but did it more for the Segway experience. My 17 and 20 year old thought it was one of the greatest things they had ever done on a "vacation." They now want to do a Segway tour in every city we visit. If there had been a Segway "untour" as mentioned on the website, we would have chosen that option. We liked riding around and seeing the monuments and did learn some fun facts- but I can't really comment on this as a real tour since we didn't really experience it as such. But Capital Segway was a great way to go and we would definitely do it again! |

| Signed up the night before for a tour. The next day got a call apologizing that they had no guide avaliable. After hearing that this was my only free night in DC. The owner said I could have the segway at the same time and just go on my own and that he would come back to the store and check me back in after my ride. That was awesome service. I had already seen the some of the sights..really just wanted to try out a segway so it worked out perfect for me. |

| We enjoyed the Segway experience, and our guide was helpful and easy to get a long with. Unfortunately, another person on the tour (not from our group) could not become comfortable enough on her Segway to speed up her pace and she dragged us down the whole way. We didn't get to many of the stops we were supposed to and it actually got a little bit boring since we were going along at the same speed as all the pedestrians. |

| it was great fun getting to ride the Segway. The tour was seconday to the riding experience but the guide was very good both from a technical and tour guide perspective. |

| My wife and I are in our mid 60's and were hosting a visit by a friend from Italy aged 31. She wanted to do a tour of Washington, and in doing some research on the web, I came across your site. None of us had ever even actaully seen a Segway, but we are fairly active, so we thought it might be fun to try. After a short demo session we were off to try the units in the park across the street, and after that we were on our way. It turned out to be a lot easier than you might think, and we were soon moving around with confidence. The only problem we had was lining the segway up with the wheelchair accessable cutouts at the pedistrian crossings - some of them are pretty narrow, so you have to be pretty well lined up to get thru them without problems. I have to say at the end, i was really comfortable on the Segway and was really enjoying the ride - so i was reluctant to have the tour end. I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone, of any age. My wife and i certainly enjoyed the tour and our visitor told us it was the highlight of her visit so far.
