Excellent tour but...

We really enjoyed the tour. The weather was fantastic for February. The only negative thing I can say is that their wireless communication system had a lot of static and most everybody gave up on trying to listen to the tour guide. Need to upgrade that system or people won't come back.

Great way to see some of downtown while having a great time. Excellent guide who kept things lively and interesting. Easy to learn to use the Segway.

Tyler was a great tour guide!! Great stories, great instruction prior to the tour - we really enjoyed ourselves and we will book a tour for our out-of-town guests. This was a wonderful experience!

This was an amazing experience. The staff helped our group feel very comfortable and were able to teach us how to use the segways so fast. The tour its self was awesome as we saw alot of landmarks in DC and had a cool history lesson to boot. Thank you to the staff for a very fun afternoon!!

We had a great time on the segway tour. We had a wide age range in our group and all adapted well to the Segways. It was a very cold day for our tour - would recommend that you bundle up to tour Washington D.C.

Easy to learn (we were two 20 somethings and two in late 50's), fun to use. Tour guides (and teachers) were passionately engaged.and obviousely realy enjoy what they are doing, which made the cusotomer experience absolutley top shelf. We can't say enough good things about this!

I enjoyed the ride. However the folks in my group had a difficult time hearing the tour guides. The headsets didn't work that well.
