| My daughter took 9 of her friends on a Capital Segway tour on a Sunday afternoon. All the kids were 16 so everyone had his or her own Segway. Each kid thanked me afterwards and said it was the best birthday party ever! Kyle was a great tour guide and all the kids want to do this again. Now several of the kids want to get their parents to go on a tour. |

| Our tour guide, Kyle, was wonderful! He was upbeat, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, energetic, and made the tour a tremendous "HIT!"
The segways are easy to master and fun to ride.
Seeing DC from such a venue added another dimension that made the experience unique.
Not only would I highly recommend their tour, but I intend to come back for their DC night tour, as well.
Absolutely fun! |

| Unfortunately, my friends' flight was canceled due to bad weather, and then their next flight was canceled due to mechanical problems (what are the odds??), so they got in very late and we missed our tour time. Basically I paid for 3 tickets and was unable to use them. I understand that the policy states "all sales are final", and I agreed to this policy upon purchasing the tickets - but I guess it would have been nice to get in touch with someone IN PERSON to have them tell me this. All I ever got was a recording when I called the shop numerous times throughout the day (I also left a message), which leads me to question the type of service provided. (What if I had a legitimate question and wanted to speak to someone in person the day of the tour??) I wanted to try to do a trade - if there was someone desperately wanting to join the tour I would trade my tickets in for a later time, etc. However no one ever got back to me. I was hoping I could show the airline tickets and perhaps reschedule or get a partial refund, but again have never heard from anyone from this company. I have learned a valuable lesson - never book tours in advance - even for the day after you're supposed to fly in somewhere - it's not worth it. |

| This tour is a great and fun way for first timers to become familiar with the monuments and buildings of the national mall. Don't expect a lot of historical details. Plan the tour for the first day and decide what to focus on during days following the tour. |

| I highly recommend this adventure. The staff was friendly and they waited for us - we were about 10 minutes late. Our "guide" was new and did not know as much about the landmarks as I would have liked, but my partner said "Who cares! These things are what makes it fun".

| We had been looking forward to the experience for a long time and as it turned out,the wait was well worth it. I thought it would be much harder to learn to control but if you can think you can ride, that is all it takes. We didn't want to see the tour end. The tour guide Karen was the best, she helped make the tour interesting and fun. I will be back with my entire family. Thanks for a great time |

| The machines worked flawlessly, and we're very glad we did it even though April 5th turned out to be a cold day. It was a fascinating experience. There was one undesirable outcome: shin splints for several days. I think you should mention this possibility to future riders.
Otherwise, this experience could be improved by:
1) The segway personnel need to arrive on time. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes early and the crew didn't! We were left out in the cold.
2) The guide didn't dress warm enough. Her misery was a definite distraction. And, our ride time was cut short because of the cold, a late departure, and an early return.
3) If your legal advisors require you to show the safety video, then after one joke about the video graphics, don't undermine it! Indeed, we could have used more instruction about how to navigate through dense crowds as a group. Also, you should have a map to indicate where segways are prohibited on the mall.
4) I would love to rent a segway for a couple of hours. Do you do this?
Thanks, overall, it was a great experience. |

| We had a wonderful time. It was much colder than expected for April - not your fault of course. Folks considering this activity should be aware they are not going to spend any significant time at each location. One member of my family did not realize that. You are on the Segway the whole time. You get ride the Segway and you have photo ops at monuments and sites. You are not going to tour the monuments or sites. |

| Guides made sure that everyone was comfortable riding the segway before we departed. The main guide was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited. A second guide trailed the group to make sure that everyone was together and to help when someone had an issue. My teens had a blast! |

| My husband, adult children and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guide (Will) was informative and knew some interesting and unusual details about the different sites. He majored in history and his knowledge was evident in the delivery of the information.
The Segways are easy to manuever and tremendous fun. Be cautious though, one gal flipped off rounding a corner to quickly. |
