The tour combined a little bit of history along with the fun of riding the Segway. The tour guides were great and fun. I would do it again.

Segway tour of DC Mall and Monuments

We four young(ish) grandparents had a wonderful tour with Jordan and Tyler. The early, 9:30 Sunday morning tour was especialy great for us, as there were relatively few people about and we had the roads mostly to ourselves. The Segway was easy to learn and let us quikly get around to see many of the DC attractions. We had a lot of fun. Its well worth the price.

The staff was very professional and friendly and the shop was easy to find. The guide took plenty of time to teach everyone how to use the segway until everyone was comfortable. Our guide was very knowledgeable on the city sights. Great time and I would recommend it.

Our first experience on a segway,and it wont be the last .Capital Segway was great!!!.Staff was tremendous ,Shout out to Steve for securing my wifes handbag at store, and to our guide Tyler for his knowledge of sites , attractions, and his overall performance.Couldnt imagine covering all that we did on foot.GOOD STUFF!!!!!!

I have done this tour a couple of time and I highly recommend this for any family and any age level. My 60+ year old mother did the Segway Tour (in Bermuda) and after a very short learning curve was zipping all over the place with no problems at all! Taking pictures, flirting with the guide... if she can do it (she's a bit wobbly and tends to get distracted so I was worried she'd fall... but she never had one problem!) Laughing is a constant thing when you're riding these amazing machines. The information you get about the area is so great. Well worth the money. My only complaint is that it needs to be at least 4 hours!!!!

Traveling around the "circuit" in Washington, DC was a wonderful experience. I had not been on a Segway and I was not disappointed in the ease of learning and operating the Segway. The group was mixed but with only one experienced rider, the training was effective and efficient. The running commentary was fun and informative. I would recommend Capital Segway to anyone who wants the fun of riding a Segway and be informed while traveling though our nation's capital.

Great Way to get a Feel for DC

Our guide was very knowledgable and made the trip fun. Saw the major monuments and other places of interest around the Mall. The only thing that would have made the tour better was if they let you stop and get off the Segway more often....about half way through you get a 5 minute break.

Having lived in DC for two years and visited countless times over the last 10 years, this was the first time I had done such a tour and learned more about the town than I had imagined I would. Our guide was excellent and it is just the most efficient, fun, different and interesting way to take a tour of DC whether you are from out-of-town or a resident. I could not recommend it more.

This was a perfect way to see the town to determine where things are situated! The guide was great and gave a lot of interesting information. We had two 17 year old boys with us and they LOVED the experience. We just wished we could ride those segways all over for the whole week rather then walk! Great location - right near a Metro station so it was convenient. Would recommend the company and would do it again. Our boys tried to get tickets for a second tour, but waited too long and they were sold out.
