Capital Segway

I can't wait to take a segway tour with my daughter in Philly.

It is very eazy to ride a segway even if you are older like me!. My Teenage children loved it and it was a terrific way to get an overall veiw of the Capital Area and the monuments. The commentary by our guides were great. I would highly recommend this tour.

This is definitely a tour you don't want to miss. You get to see a lot of Washington in a fun way. Warning: wear comfy shoes.

The Segway tour is a must do activity. We went at night when the city was all lit up. Our tour guide Noah was great . I highly reccomend the night tours. The streets are less crowded and the night views of the city are just breathtaking.

while visiting DC my wife and i walked all over the city to see the sights and museums.we like to walk and it was no problem. but we saw the segways there going about the city.we decided to try it. we both thought they would be tricky to drive but capitol segway ( noah) took the time to explain how to operate the segway. to our suprise they were very easy to drive. we took a 2 hour tour and had a blast!!! thanks verve and capsegway! glen and lynda reeves

I was not expecting to get the hang of riding the segway, but they gave us good instructions, and I caught on in a minute or two. It's amazing how it moves where you want to go almost just by thinking that's where you want to go.

We had a blast on the Segway tour and highly recommend it! It is a great way to get to see a lot of the sights and have fun zipping around while doing it.

As a tour of DC, this activity probably provided less (and in a few instances, less accurate) information than might be available from, say, one of the bus tours. But the real point of this activity is the opportunity to ride a Segway, and that unquestionably made it worthwhile. Learning how to ride was easy (takes about 5 minutes), and after that it was a lot of fun getting to the various sites. A very enjoyable two hours.

I was excited about the activity and it exceeded my expectations! The segways are a blast to ride, the tour guides were funny and comprehensive, and it a fun way to zip around the city. I would highly recommend the activity for both out of town tourists and those locals just looking for something fun and different to do. While it may seem a little pricey, it is definitely worth it!

Making reservations for this tour was so easy and all the details were spelled out online, with specific location details, as well as everything that was important to bring along. The tour itself was worth every penny! The Segway is an awesome way to travel around D.C. with helpful guides who tell about the sites through a sound system where everyone has an earpiece to listen in!

So much fun. Really wanted to experience a Segway. The tour was great. Giuides were well informed. Gave just the right amount of pertinent information. Never dull. They seemed genuinely interested in the subject of D.C., were politeand patient. A fantastic experience.

When looking for a fun group activity, I read the reviews for the Capitol Segway Tour and thought it might be fun. This tour was by far the highlight of our entire trip. You see so much while having fun getting from location to location. I would recommend the 9:30AM tour since there are fewer tourists to dodge and better photos ops with fewer people in the background. The segway is easy to use and great for adult. My hubby and I plan to look for segway tours in other cities now when we travel.

Went out in the evening with Capital Segway. They were very organized and the instructor was great.
