enjoyed the ride. one woman fell and sprained her wrist - which caused her to fall again later in the trip. i would suggest a procedure where someone was available to have the person who fell picked up. i don't think they should be able to continue on with the trip because they are not necessarily up to it, but don't see a way or want to stop. she fell again because she wasn't holding on properly and lost control again. |

Chris was our guide and he provided SO much information. Even though I'm local and have been on a lot of tours, I still learned things. Thanks, Chris! My father and step mother joined us and both said they'd do it again.
I've done a DC monuments tour with another Segway company. This one is shorter and slightly less expensive. The advantage of this tour is the headsets. It gives the guide an opportunity to tell us things as we are travelling, thus we can get tour and safety information on the go. The other Segway company tour that I went on didn't provide even a 10th of the information as on this tour. |

We loved the tour and saw much more than on the tour bus. The tour guide, Scott, was wonderful and full of information.

This was a great experience. The Segways were easy to ride - all nervousness disappeared within the first few minutes on them. Our guide, Scott, was friendly and funny. It didn't hurt that we had beautiful weather that day. It was a new way to see the sights and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! |

We had so much fun doing this. I have been visiting my Aunt in DC since I was a kid and I don't think we have done anything down here that has been this much fun. Our guide was informative, comical, and led us through the city with ease. I highly recommend it to anyone and I am definitely going to do more segway tours everywhere else I visit. |

This is the way to see the city. I used to live in DC and had "done" the museums, the capital, the mall, you name it. I thought I had seen it all. The segways are great fun but really the tour itself was the exciting part, lots of historical info and interesting facts. |

We had the BEST time on the Segway tour! There were only four of us on the tour, my husband and I and another 50+ couple. We all figured out the Segways quickly, and were off on our way! I'm a genuine klutz, and, as my son later put it, if I didn't crash, it must have been easier than walking! Drew was an entertaining tour guide, and seemed to truly enjoy his work. We would definitely do it again! |

This was the highlight of my DC trip. It was fun and informative. The Segway was easy to learn. I felt comfortable right away. Only down side...the time flew by so quickly, I wished for more. CapSegway staff were great. |

This is my second segway tour of D.C. My husband and I did it last year and we recently came back to D.C. with my grown son and his wife. My daughter and husband live in D.C. so all 6 of us did the tour. It is so much fun and the guides are both entertaining and informative. The ride was the perfect amount of time and I was surprised at how much of the city we were actually able to cover. I know a lot of people are worried about being able to handle the segway but I need to assure anybody who is thinking of doing this that the segway is INCREDIBLY easy to operate. It doesn't take long to get the hang of it, and maneuvering through obstacles and crowds was very easy. I wholeheartedly recommend this activity, not only as a great way to see the city, but as fun in and of itself. |

The Segways were very intuitive, and we learned to navigate pretty well with a brief training period. Then we were off into the streets and sidewalks of DC! Before long we could easily thread our way through crowds and look around at the same time. The Segways were the perfect conveyance around the mall - we saw the White House, the Washington Monument, the Capitol, and everything in between in our 2-hour tour. The guides - one in front and one bringing up the rear - kept us moving while giving us interesting information about the sights via individual radios. Although some people we passed seemed annoyed or oblivious, most people were intrigued, and many asked us how they could take the tour. It was a real hoot, and everyone should try it! |

I was so excited for my Segway adventure and was not disappointed. Not only was the guide knowledgeable, he was witty and lot of fun. The Segways were a blast to ride. Two hours went by so fast!
Thank you for a great time. |

I really enjoyed this tour - it was really a great way to see the city - very efficient and fun too. We had a great tour guide - Drew, who was fun and relaxed and knew a lot about the city. This is a great tour for those who want an overview of the city and also want to ride a Segway. Its not for deep history buffs...but that's what libraries are for.
Have fun! |

It was a wonderful experience that I recommend everyone should try! Our tour guide Scott is very knowledgeable and fun, he kept whole group entertaining for 2 hours and was very patiently to each individual request.
At the end of the tour, I can only feel that I don't have enough fun yet. |

My adult daughter and two sisters took the Segway Washington on advice from my brother. I was looking forward to it but yet a little skeptical due to my age. Once we were there and they showed us how to operate it and also got to practice in the park I felt more at ease and comfortable with the adventure. However one of my younger sisters was very apprehensive. The manager (sorry forgot his name) was very nice and concerned. He told her he would rather her feel comfortable and his first concern is for the safety of his customers. He does not want anyone to get hurt. Once she heard we would be riding in the street she said "NO WAY". He generously refunded her money and she waited for us to return. This says something about your manager that he really does care about your customers. Scott was our instructor in Washington, DC and what an asset to your company. He was great. Very patient-We had six (all women young and elderly) and he was very patient and watched over all of us like a mother hen. He explained all the tourist spots we stopped and went by and gave us a little history along the way. He also took the time to take pictures with everyones camera if we requested it. He was a joy to be with. Unfortunately two hours does not seem like enough time (I'm sure it was for scott) to see everything. This Segway Tour was worth every penny and I am so glad I decided to take the opportunity and do your excellent tour. Please feel free to give my recommendation to anyone you wish. Thanks for a memorable tour and the best part of our Washington DC vacation. Sincerely, Stephanie Teufel |
