| Our Capitol Segway Washington DC city tour was fantastic. The entire operation from beginning to end was very professionally run, with safety and fun the focus. This is without a doubt the best way to see so much of this great city in a 2 hour tour. We were able to hear our leader/tour guide throughout the event using wireless earpieces. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to be having as much fun as we had. We had never used Segways before, but after about 5 minutes felt completely comfortable and confident. The Segways are a blast to ride. Make sure you use this company and not the others that also provide Segway tours. The main reasons are 1)the wireless earpiece to hear the tour guide (we passed a group from another company that doesn't use microphones and earpieces, and their tour guide was shouting to be heard) and 2) this company doesn't use speed limiters on their Segways enabling you to go the full 12.5 MPH that the Segway was designed to go (believe me, you'll enjoy going fast some of the time, it's great fun). Overall, this tour far exceeded my high expectations and I would recommend it to anyone. One note of caution, the Segway is operated while standing, and this is a two hour tour. We took several breaks during the tour and got off the Segways to stretch our legs. But if you have trouble standing for periods at a time, this may not be for you. Otherwise, have a ball!! | ||||||

| The Segway tour provided tons of site seeing without having to walk around all day! The Segway itself was really fun to ride. Our tour guide was very friendly and enthusiastic about the city and its history. I would highly recommend this tour! | ||||||

| This was a very fun activity. You kind of feel like a kid again riding on the segways and the scenery combined with the historical commentary was excellent. To visitors of the area I would suggest taking the segway tour on the first day of your trip, because the information provided along the tour really helps you have an idea of what else you'd like to see while on your visit. | ||||||

| This tour was superb. The staff was a bit late getting started, but proved to be outstanding. Their instruction was personalized and expert. They had everyone, even older folks and some not so bright folks, up and running within 15-20 minutes. Our guides, Adam and Noah were superb. Their knowledge of D.C. and of all of the buildings and local lore was first rate. They ensured safety of everyone in the group but left ample freedom for better riders to move about a bit on their own. The equipment was all first rate, including helments and earpieces for walkie talkie from the guides. Would do again, and use these guys over the other similar Segway tours in D.C. | ||||||

| "My son and I just arrived from our Washington DC trip and I have to say that one of the highlights of our trip was taking the Segway tour with Capital Segway. Our tour guide was Noah and he was awesome. He was friendly, funny, patient and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. I absolutely recommend this as part of your vacation in DC. The first day we arrived we walked everywhere and were totaly exhausted. The next day we did the Segway tour and what a relief. I just wish I could afford to buy a Segway. I would consider driving it to work since I only live about 3-4 miles from work.. Capital Segway and Noah "ROCK".. " | ||||||

| This is such a fun tour. The tour guides are so knowledge and fun. They took great care that everybody stayed together as a group and that there were no accidents. This is my second tour and I would most definitely do it again. | ||||||

| Other Segway tours I've been on have been 4 hrs or more with lunch included. This one was shorter and didn't hit some of the sights such as Fords theatre which was strange since it was the closest attraction to their offices. Overall the guides were knowledgeable and I probably would have never noticed anything lacking had I not been on a Segway tour before. | ||||||

| As first-timers to Washington, the Segway tour was a great introduction to the sights and sounds of the city. Both tour leaders were courteous, energetic, and kept the group safe at all crossings. My wife and I had never ridden a Segway before, but the instructions were excellent and everyone was given enough time to practice. The bikes have a zipper pouch in which you could place bottled water, rain gear, etc. We had a great time. P.S. The group leaders took pictures for everyone who needed photos. | ||||||

| We took the Segway tour during our first trip to DC. I had heard that night tours in DC were particularly memorable, so I reserved an evening tour. The sights, including the White House and Capitol, were wonderful lighted sights at night. Also, there are less crowds and pedestrians to worry about at night. The Segway seems a bit intimidating at first (especially after watching the safety video), but is actually very simple and riders will quickly feel comfortable. A great way to cover lots of ground and see some of the city's best attractions. Even though you won't be walking, note that standing for two hours on a Segway does cause a bit of stiffness/soreness in the legs and feet. Overall, we highly recommend. | ||||||

| Using the Segways was a blast. They were easy to use and so much fun. Also, the tour guide was wonderful, being both entertaining and patient. My friend (a visitor to D.C.) and I, enthusiastically recommend this experience, both for the fun of riding a Segway and getting an introduction to the Mall area. | ||||||
