I'd highly recommend this tour! We had a group of 5 friends, some adventuresome and some not, and we all had a great time. The tour guides were great and we covered more distance and saw more of DC than we would have been able to on foot, and of course it was more fun than in a car or bus. We felt safe and just loved it!

We brought 7, highly energetic, 16 year-old guys to DC to do a segway tour to celebrate our son's birthday. We thought the tour might be something out-of-the-ordinary and might just spark interest in a bunch of hard-to-please 16 year-olds. Well, the tour did not disappoint. It was an absolute blast and very successful. Our tour guide, Tyler, paced the tour to the abilities of the group and we zoomed through DC without any problems and were able to see more than Tyler originally thought. Tyler was fantastic, respectfully entertaining and handled the group perfectly. We highly endorse and recommend the tour and Tyler! We will definitely find a reason to do this again.

Tyler, our tour guide and Segway instructor, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and personable. Our tour covered some great locations, with some good travel to enjoy the Segway in between the stops. I strongly recommend this tour for two reasons: the orientation to the DC area and some great sights, but just as much for the fun experience on a Segway.

My parents were visiting from Missouri. My dad's knees were hurting from all the walking earlier in the week and my mom had twisted her ankle 2 days before they came to visit. both of them were totally able to stand for the 2 hours of the Segway tour with very little problem. After the practice in Frankline Park and 10 min into the tour, they were both talking about how much fun it was and how they wish they had done this earlier in the week instead of walking all over the place. The tour itself was excellent. Austin, our guide was incredibly knowledgable and more than accomodating when it came to snaping pictures for us. I liked that this tour included the earpieces so we could hear what was coming up next and never let us feel disconnected from the group. HIGHLY Recommended! I will be taking my future visitors on this tour... esp. since the mid-week tours are only $65 and much less crowded (we only had 7 people in our group).

Upon arrival, we found that only my mother and I had registered for the night tour. Rather than canceling and rescheduling because the group was too small, Capital Segway kindly offered to continue the tour - just the two of us. Our guide was extremely patient, taking 30-40 minutes to make sure that we were both safe and comfortable on the Segway. Our guide was also very accomodating as far as the length of the tour - cutting things a little short when requested- as my mother sometimes tires easily due to diabetes. The content of the tour itself was solid. The guide was knowledgable, with a good sense of humor. The segways seemed well maintained. The overall atmosphere was friendly and low pressure, with remarkably patient personel, making for a fun and memorable experience.

The tour was great. We covered a lot of ground! The guides told you just enough information so that you could remember bits of everything. They always took your questions and were very helpful! A great way to spend a few hours! It is worth every penny!

Loved it but wanted to go up closer to Lincoln Statue and also get off and walk around the Veitnam and Korean war memorial on the tour. We needed to retrace our steps that we'd done on the segway. Would have prefered to not need to to that. Apart form that it was great!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ACTIVITY. VERY EASY TO DO TOO. I WAS HAVING DOUBTS ABOUT MAKING A FOOL OF MYSELF BUT IT WAS SUPER EASY TO LEARN. WE DID THIS THE FIRST DAY WE GOT TO WASHINGTON AT DUSK. WASHINGTON IS BEAUTIFUL AT NIGHT ALL LIT UP AND WE GOT TO SCOUT OUT WHERE EVERYTHING WAS WE WANTED TO SEE THE NEXT DAY. IF I HAD TO SAY ANYTHING BAD, WHICH I WOULDN'T, IT WOULD BE 2 HRS WAS "5 MINUTES TOO LONG"

The Capital Segway was a good tour. It was a quick and easy way to see alot of DC. Although I thought the Segway would be less work but it was definitely better than walking.

My wife and I were trying to purchase last minute Segway Tour tickets but all time slots were taken. We found that Zerve did have some space that fit our tight schedule. I was slightly confused as to just what Zerve was as they were somewhat cryptic as to who the Tour Company was and exactly where the actual business was located so as I moved through the on-line form I was very apprehensive that I was being scammed. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised as I arrived at the store to find there actually were Segways there and that they had my reservation as well. The tour was great, the guide was well informed and kind and the group was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting our nation's capitol. MB from Hawaii

i thought that a segway would be difficult or unstable, but thats not the case at all.the tour was great, the sights where beautiful, and the segway was fast lol!
