My husband and I were holidaying from Australia and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We have used segways before and they were great with everyone in the group. The tour was informative particularly because of the ear piece u get so u can hear the guide at all time.

had an awesome time. the only criticism i have is that sometimes i couldnt hear the audio because the range wasnt far enough for when i was stuck at the back. otherwise great.

Most of all, we appreciated the flexibility the team provided leading up to and even during the tour.

Not quite the full 2 hrs, but half the fun was just riding the Segway, itself!

The 2 hour tour is great, we arrived that morning on a red-eye and it was an easy way to get your bearings when first arriving in town. The tour guides were excellent (I think one was Mark, but cant remember the other one's name who was actually a bit better). The tour does not include war memorials, but those are better to see on foot anyway. The headsets they give you are a huge advantage, and I would not take any segway tour that does not use them. The only negative with Capital was that they called us 24 hours before our tour to let us know that the tour time was switched from 2:00 to 3:00. I was slightly irritated and we had to change some plans around, but I figured they didn't have enough people for the 2:00 tour. Once we arrived I found out that they somehow overbooked the 2:00 tour and bumped us to the 3:00 tour. They need to improve upon their reservation system to avoid this. There is a reason people reserve for a specific time and they should honor that or make some type of offer for changing it.

Fun Tour and super easy to ride!

We had more fun on this tour than any other while visiting DC. Our guide was terrific and the group was small enough that we were able to go many places (and could even get up to the maximum speed). I was apprehensive at first but caught on quickly and would recommend this to everyone who visits. We saw two other competitors' groups and they did not appear to have as much fun as we did (one had too large of a group and the other seemed to crawl along on the their tour). Capital Segway is the way to go!

If you want to know more about DC this tour is worth it. You learn a ton about the town and the tour guides are entertaining. They even provide ear pieces to hear more easily. Had a great expericence, great pictures and next time I am in DC I will do another one. Only negative is that it did not go to the Lincoln Memorial like another one I have been too.

The focus was the tour and not the Segway, we saw more of the city in less time than we possibly could of had we been on foot, but the Segway was so enjoyable we're thinking of buying two to use locally.

the tour guides at Capital Segway made this a fun and ejoyable activity. They were friendly and full of interesting facts and amusing jokes that helped the time on the segways go by faster. This was my 3rd tour with them but it was my friends first experience and he had a fantastic time.

The Segway experience was fantastic. It is absolutely the best way to see the sights. The tour leader gets high marks for enthusiasm, low marks for accuracy. At least a third of things he said were wrong, and he missed the chance to tell really fantastic stories about places where some of the nation's most interesting historical events took place (I'm a historian).

We really enjoyed the tour and getting to get acquainted with the Segway. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

The staff at Capital Segway made the tour a tremendously enjoyable time. Segway instruction, for someone new to the vehicle, was clear, and made the first time on a Segway safe and fun. I highly recommend Capital Segway. We will likely go on another tour.
