The trip was very entertaining as well as informative. The bar is a nice touch also. It's a great way to spend an afternoon. My entire family really enjoyed the day!

Nice Boat Ride But...

Overall, the boat ride was nice and enjoyable, but I'm not sure that the sightseeing content was worth the ~$20/person ticket price. The content pretty-much consisted of viewing expensive homes/mansions with an occaisional yacht thrown in. Just not much variety. The guide's talk was somewhat interesting, but he became a bit over-enthusiastic when it came to a certain type of vintage yacht.

Relaxation, local and Florida history, homesof many celebrities, trip also goes out into Port Everglades where the cruise ships and naval vessels tie up. Our narrator/captain was an ex navy man who gave us the identification of each Navy ship, its specifications ,use and a little history. It s one of the best kept secrets in Fort Lauderdale. I go on the cruise often when I need a little relaxation. Good full bar and snack bar.

Enjoyed the boat tour, the Captain was very well versed and seemed very kinowledgeable about the area. The crew was very friendly while we were boarding. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see how the other half lives. The brochure said the tour was 1 hour and 45 minutes long and it was only 1 hour and 15 minutes long. So, maybe the brochure needs to be changed, or, the tour needs to be longer. My vote would be to have it longer. Thanks for the great experience.

We took our 16 year old grandson on a sightseeing holiday and he enjoyed the sights as much as we did. The private yachts really did him in and a couple of homes were not too shabby. Marty and Toby Horowitz Boca Raton, Fl

The tour was well worth the price. We went on a Tuesday. It would have been even better to go on a Wednesday when all the cruise ships are in.
