My husband and I went on the trip together and then went again the next day when our friends arrived for the Princess Cruise. Everyone loved it. Great trip and well worth the money.

Our family had a great time. The boat is showing it's age a bit but other than that a great value.

My wife and I made a decision to view homes of the rich and famous from the comfort of a unique boat; the paddlewheel, Carrie B. It travelled the New River in Ft Lauderdale, FL. The commentary was most informative and a great opportunity for photos. We would do it again when we return.

I recently attended a Carrie B cruise with my girlfriend and a couple of friends, and I could now recommend this cruise heartily to anyone who is looking for a wonderful, relaxing time, and anyone who is looking to see the beautiful waters of Fort Lauderdale. From the warm reception in the beginning of the cruise, to the refreshing beverages that we were served, to the beautiful views, the spot-on and excellent narration, and even the ending of the cruise, everything was wonderful, and my entire group agreed that it was the best thing that we did during our trip to Fort Lauderdale. The boat is as charming as could be, and very well-maintained. I could not believe how beautiful some of the homes that we saw were--what a thrill! The humongous yachts were also a site to behold and something I won't forget. The pictures that we got from the cruise are real keepers. The crew on board really made the trip, though - everyone was so friendly, welcoming and warm! Thank you to the Carrie B for a very memorable voyage!

Great views of the inland waterways around Fort Lauderdale. Really enjoyed seeing the beautiful homes and awesome boats. The Carrie B staff were wonderful hosts. A most enjoyable trip!

Great narration by operator, assume all info passed on was factual. Boat a tad dated but still comfortable.

A very well done excursion. Directions to and parking need up-dating

Even though it was a chillier-than-normal day in February, we had a great time cruising the canals of Ft. Lauderdale on the Carrie B. The narrator had a great voice and many interesting stories about the homes along the canals and some of their owners. We recommend to all - get there early for the best seats (topside).

The tour began at 1 PM. We sailed down the New River to Port Everglades. Along the way the boat captain or tour guide(he was inside a cabin so we could not see who was talking) pointed out the houses, mansions and the people who lived in them. On the return trip from Port Evaglades to the Riverwalk more houses were identified and many ships were also discussed. Homes and ships costing more than 15-20 million dollars. The ride was pleasant because the Carrie B is fairly large. It has two decks. Because it was a beautiful day we stayed on the top, outside deck. We arrived back at our starting point at the Riverwalk in Ft. Lauderdale at 2:30 PM. We have taken this tour twice. We enjoyed it.

The cruise is perfectly designed for the sophisticated traveler. It is more intimate than other intracoastal tours we have taken in the past. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the excursion.
