| When we read about the trip, we read it would leave at 7:15AM and return at 6:30PM. We did leave at 7:15AM but was back by 5:15PM. I would have liked more walking time in Charlestown and at the plantation. We felt a little shorted. The trip even the shortened version was very good. |

| We took this tour to get an oversight of what Charleston was all about on a limited amount of time. I am happy to tell you, we have already made plans to come back next year to tour Charleston extensively.
Our tour began with a carriage ride, with a very knowledgable and funny tour guide. We were shown a taste of what Charleston has to offer. it was beautiful. We were allowed a short amount of time at the flea market, which we made the best of.
We were then taken to the dock and we were off on our harbor tour. The captain and the crew were very helpful. We were given a box lunch that was quite a surprise. There is alot of history to Charleston that, being from NY, I was not aware of.
The third leg of our tour brought us to Drayton Hall, which although it was beautiful, was a little dissapointing to me. The dissapointment arose from the fact that the main house was built in 1930 and there were no pictures of what the original house looked like. The oak arch was beautiful.
Our bus driver, Gary Williams, was very personable and accomodating to all on the bus. He even entertained us on the ride home with DVD's he had brought along.
The whole experience was very satisfying and I would recommend it highly to anyone who has a short amount of time. |

| We really enjoyed this trip. The buggy ride was very informative, the boat ride was excellent. We actually saw dolphins on the boat ride. We did not really have enough time to go thru the market. If there was anything that was a negative. The driver of the bus was informative and very friendly. I would recommend this trip to my friends. |

| What a great day trip! It was exactly what they said it would be.The tour left on time at each stop along the way. The first stop was the carriage tour of Charleston and then some time to wander around the straw market. Pay close attention to where the bus drops you off at the straw market, it starts to all look the same when you get down there and start walking around on your own, and the large gov't building is the same on both sides, front and back. It would have been nice to have a small street map. If you don't wander from the market you'll be fine. We had a great tour guide in Charleston, she left me wanting to come back and walk around town on my own, the buildings are incredible! Next it was on to the harbor tour and a nice lunch on the boat. The lunch consisted of a sandwhich ( I chose ham and swiss) on thick wheat bread, chips, a fruit cup and cookie, and a choice of soda. The harbor tour is also narrated. From there it was on to Boone Plantation and another narrated tour. This one was short, they take you through three main rooms in the house, you aren't allowed to take pictures inside or go through on your own.
Wear good shoes for the trip, you will be walking on all kinds of different surfaces from sidewalks to grass to docks. And don't forget to bring bills for tipping. We tipped teh bus driver at the end of the day, the carriage driver/narrater( same person) and boat crew. We tipped anywhere from 3 to 5 dollars. |

| I learned things about Charleston that I did not know and would like to return. I am a history buff and saw some very interesting history. My wife is not interested in history but really enjoyed the tour. |

| I was traveling with my older parents. We were staying in N. Myrtle Beach and had identified a few things we wanted to do in Charleston. We stumbled across your tour opportunity on the Internet and it really suited our needs. It included our planned activities plus and we really appreciated the opportunity to have someone else do the driving. We enjoyed the activities and felt the time allocated for each was just right. The bus driver was a joy and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. The only thing that was challenging - my mom has asthma and the plantation house had mold so she struggled a bit there, but otherwise, all 3 of us enjoyed the day and the activities. We felt the price was fair and were glad we chose to use your tour opportunity as our means to visit Charleston. Thank you! |

| The tour was prompt and guide very friendly. The coach was comfortable. The tour of Charleston on the boat and on the horse and cart was informative and interesting. A little disappointed with the plantation as it was not the original house but the grounds was well kept and again the information from the tour of hnouse was interesting. |

| The bus trip was comfortable and our driver knowledgeable. We enjoyed every aspect of the day. The different segments were spaced just right so we could enjoy each leg of the trip. The box lunch we received on the boat ride was fresh and delicious. We had just the right amount of time at the open air market and the plantation. I would recommend this trip to others. |
