Good tour--no driving!

| We enjoyed the trip to Charleston, even though there was some rain at the beginning. We could just sit back and enjoy the scenery and the descriptions about what we were seeing by the very knowledgable driver. The carriage ride about Charleston and the boat ride in the harbor were very relaxing and informative. However, if I had one criticism it would be about not having time to shop at the markets. We really had to rush from the carriage ride to get back on the bus--my companion was using a walker and that made it even harder. Thanks to a physical therapist from Michigan we were able to get back on time. Next trip we'll drive ourselves so we can spend as much time as we want wherever. |

| Representatives very accommodating and pleasant to work with.
Bus very punctual, driver very pleasant and organized.
activities of the buggy ride with guide,(guide was excellent) boat ride with informative crew (lunch very nice); and tour of Boone Plantation was very nice with lots of history and facts about Charleston up to present time. |

| This trip was for my 79 yo active mother and myself. The horse-drawn carriage tour of old Charleston was outstanding. The open air market was also very good but not enough time to really even look, let alone buy something. Would recommend more time there---increase time by one hour. Charleston Harbor tour was also entertaining and informative with box lunch very good. The Boone Plantation tour was very good, but again not enough time to see everything. An hour could have been added for you to take in the slave homes and other displays. The home tour would have been enhanced with more details on how people lived in plantation days.
The old Dean Martin show tapes on the return bus trip home were in good taste and enjoyed by most. |

| This was a really great tour. Jam packed with things to do and it provided a great overview of the Charleston area. Our bus driver/tour guide also pointed out areas of interest on the way to Charleston and this helped us find things to do during the remainder of our stay that we really enjoyed as well. The carriage ride was brief and not horribly detailed, the harbor cruise was very informative but be sure to bring sunscreen, and the plantation tour was very nice. I wouldn't recommend this day for children as it is long and more intellectual in nature. |

| My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful day - the knowledge of the guides was fantastic and the tours were brilliant. Would recommend to anybody at any age |

| The carriage ride , the boat tour and the Boon Hall Plantation tour were all up tp par. The tour bus driver was very informed on everything going on in each town from Myrtle beach to Charleston. He was very friendly and personable. The tour guides on all of the tours of this trip were very friendly and knowledgeable. The carriage ride was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the up close and personal veiws of the mansions in Charleston. The boat ride was very nice and thorough. We were up close to Fort Sumter and The USS Yorktown. The narrator gave detailed history as we passed these attractions and all others. Boon Hall Plantation was nice too, You got to see The line of Live Oaks all lined up in a row . |

| I would gladly recommend this tour. I would recommend that the harbor boat tour be shorter to allow for more time to shop after the carriage ride. |

| We would have loved more time in the town. Instead of the boat trip, we would have loved to have the option to stay in town to see some of the mansions and to see the slave market. We really didn't have enough time to look and purchase anything there because we only had about 1/2 hr. and that included the walk to and back to the bus.The homes would have been much more interesting then the boat ride. The trip to the plantation was interesting but we should have been notified that the enactments were not beening done. |
