| The bus was on time and was found easily in the parking lot. Our bus driver was very lucid with the instructions and allowed bathroom breaks in clean facilities. The carriage ride was very nice and our guide was extremely informative. The flea market was good, but more time for shopping would have been nice. The harbor cruise was wonderful and the lunch provided was one of the best lunches we had on our vacation. The Boone Hall Plantation was beautiful and our guide was again, extremely informative. The whole trip was awesome and a very nice sample of Charleston. | ||||||

| I enjoyed the horse and buggy tour and found my driver very informative. We did not have enough time in the town of Charleston. We had to basically run through the market, and never got to walk around the town. The boat ride was fine. The lunch was good. I did not enjoy the plantation. We got to see 3 rooms in the mansion and that was basically it. We walked around and visited the butterfly part. We bought a drink and just wasted time. I say, nix the plantation and let people spend more time in Charleston. It is a beautiful city and we did not get enough time there. | ||||||

| Very enjoyable trip from Myrtle Beach. Bus driver was very pleasant and accommodating. The tour guide on the carriage ride was EXTREMELY knowledgeable--really knew his history. The market was a typical flea market, glad we did not spend too much time there. The harbor cruise was great as was the visit to the Plantation. I would recommend this tour especially since we did not have to drive we could sit back and relax and enjoy the tours. | ||||||

| Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. The carriage tour was great, the tour guides were very knowledgeable and the architecture was fantastic. The open air market was fair (but not my interest). The boat was a great tour with lots to see. Pleasingly surprised by the fresh lunch. We also saw the tall ship "Gunilla" that visited the harbor. The Captain was also very knowledgeable. The "Avenue of the Oaks" at Boone Plantation was breathtaking. The plantation home and the gardens were remarkable. Our ride on the Sunway Tour Bus was very relaxing. Dave, our driver, introduced us to the area as we rode from Myrtle Beach to Charleston. He was great - very friendly and very patient as we ended up in a big traffic jam in Georgetown due to construction (or destruction of railroad track). All in all it was a very memorable day and will recommend it to friends. | ||||||

| We booked the trip to Charleston in hopes of seeing some of the places we've read about in the history books. We were not disappointed in the carriage ride. Our guide took us by many beautiful homes & mansions and told some great stories as well. We would have been quite content to keep touring in her carriage half the day. Our disappointment came with the boat tour - that didn't occur due to a bad storm out at sea. Of course this was not the companies fault & they did substitute an hour at the aquarium instead. We went from there to the plantation. The guided tour was informative and the house and furnishings were beautiful. The self guided tour was also nice but it would have been better if their had been a little more time as the grounds were spacious and there was too much to see in the time alloted. The bus ride was comfortable and the driver was friendly. We enjoyed the comments and helpful information about the area that he told us on the way to Charleston. Overall it was a trip that we would reccommend to our friends. | ||||||

| Everything was fine except the temperature, ( 98) but none of us can control that. We enjoyed the tour, but would have liked to tour one of the older homes that are open to visitors. Guess we will do that in the fall on our own. | ||||||

| This trip was a most enjoyable and informative visit. The motorcoach and driver were very good - a very clean coach, and a most hospitable and friendly driver. He explained everything and was very helpful. The entire agenda was great - the carriage ride very nice and I learned a lot about Charleston. The same can be said about the boat ride of the harbor. Boone Hall plantation was very lovely and there too I also learned a lot, as did my friends. On the way back to Myrtle Beach the driver played a video for us which really was fun and enjoyable - the perfect ending to a great day. I'd higly recommend this tour to anyone coming to Myrtle Beach. | ||||||

| My husband and I were vacationing for a week in Myrtle Beach and were interested in seeing the surrounding area. The Charleston day-long bus tour provided exactly what we were looking for! The bus was clean, the driver courteous and helpful. The carriage ride/tour was very informative as was the boat ride. Both provided us with an overview of the history of "old" Charleston and brought us up to speed as far as "today's" Charleston is concerned. The walk thru the old market was fun - we could have used a little more time to shop, tho. The box lunch on the boat was excellent and hit the spot! The Boone Plantation tour was a great way to end our cultural day! The bus, carriage and boat tours were on-time and since we had a small group, we proceeded from one activity to the other without missing a beat. The trip contained the perfect balance of sitting, walking and learning. All tourguides were well-informed and answered all questions with enthusiasm (even tho they probably answered the same or similar questions 100 times before). I would heartily recommend this tour to anyone traveling to the Myrtle Beach area. | ||||||
