| We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The bus driver Dave was great - couldn't have been nicer. On the way home he played a comedy DVD which helped to pass the time. He gave us an excellent background on the Myrtle Beach area. The horse and carriage ride was a wonderful way to see the beautiful city of Charleston. Only problem is that hard to take photos while moving. Much information was being given to us very quickly and it is difficult to take it all in. We had about an hour to shop at the market -- there were sweet grass baskets being made. Other than that most of the merchandise was flea market type stuff. The harbor cruise gave us a different perspective of Charleston -- we had beautiful weather and also enjoyed this. The box lunch was very nice, even my picky husband liked it. The Boone Hall Plantation was also lovely -- the oak lined drive in was gorgeous and the gardens very colorful. The local guide was dressed in costume which added to the fun. Feel we saw a lot in a day. | ||||||

| We all really like the tour except for the Boone Plantation. We were only allowed in 3 rms and the house wasn't as old as described. It was a reproduction home built in the 1930's. We were all very disappointed with that part of the trip. The bus ride, carriage tour of Charleston and boat tour of the harbor were excellent. | ||||||

| I enjoyed the horse and buggy tour and found my driver very informative. We did not have enough time in the town of Charleston. We had to basically run through the market, and never got to walk around the town. The boat ride was fine. The lunch was good. I did not enjoy the plantation. We got to see 3 rooms in the mansion and that was basically it. We walked around and visited the butterfly part. We bought a drink and just wasted time. I say, nix the plantation and let people spend more time in Charleston. It is a beautiful city and we did not get enough time there. | ||||||

| My wife and I really enjoyed the day trip to Charleston. We were higly entertained by Scott on our Horse Drawn Carriage Tour. If you get him for a guide tell him you are from the North, no matter where you are from, you will get extra attention. He is a true Son of the South, and a great kid. The Harbor tour was also very good. If I had to make a change, I would sustitute more time in the city for the Plantation part of the trip, but overall I would recommend it to anyone. | ||||||

| The carriage ride , the boat tour and the Boon Hall Plantation tour were all up tp par. The tour bus driver was very informed on everything going on in each town from Myrtle beach to Charleston. He was very friendly and personable. The tour guides on all of the tours of this trip were very friendly and knowledgeable. The carriage ride was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the up close and personal veiws of the mansions in Charleston. The boat ride was very nice and thorough. We were up close to Fort Sumter and The USS Yorktown. The narrator gave detailed history as we passed these attractions and all others. Boon Hall Plantation was nice too, You got to see The line of Live Oaks all lined up in a row . | ||||||

| Having been to Charleston many times with family & friends in the past we always wanted to do the thing this trip offered (carriage ride) but never had the time. The bus was very nice (COOL) and the bus driver was very informative, courteous and punctual, which made the trip nice for our international friends. The price for this tour was a great value as this trip would have cost double the price if we would have drove down from Myrtle Beach ourselves. It was really nice to be picked up and escorted to each tour without having to worry about finding parking! The harbor boat tour was a nice time to just sit down to eat your box lunch and enjoy the beautiful weather as the boat captain provided a factual history of Charleston harbor. After a busy day of touring Charleston is was very nice to just sit in the Air Conditioned bus and relax for the 1 1/2 hour drive back to Myrtle Beach. We highly recommended this tour group & trip to Charleston. | ||||||

| We enjoyed both the carriage ride and the harbor tour. The guides were fascinating and gave very interesting facts and details about the area. We would recommend the tour to others in the area as a great addition to their vacation. One problem associated with the tour is that if you are staying in Myrtle Beach many times you do not have access to a computer or a printer to print out the e ticket which was not needed when we arrived at the bus for the tour. Should be able to send confirmation by text message to phones. | ||||||

| This was a well planned trip that offered a full day of activities in the Charleston area. It certainly left us interested in being able to experience more of this wonderful town. The bus was clean and well maintained, the driver was very polite, and the tour guides were very informative. All in all, would say this is an excellent value that provided a nice primer to the area. | ||||||

| The ride there and back was in a nice bus, but, a two hour ride could have used the monitors on board for promoting your company or showing other tourist things to do in the Myrtle Beach or Charleston areas. You could sell this time to local companies promoting time shares or other such things. More time for shopping, and at Boone Hall. | ||||||

| Absolutely fantastic job with this tour. Everything went like clockwork and the folks were very friendly and enthusiastic. We tell others how much we did on our trip and they are amazed that it was done all in one day. From the moment we stepped on to the bus, we were welcomed and treated very well. I strongly recommend this method for seeing Charleston!!! | ||||||

| From the coach trip to Charleston to the historic trip through town by horse drawn carriage to the boat trip--all was great. Each stage of the trip was well planned and allowed sufficient time to enjoy. | ||||||

| excellent trip. Went last March (2008) - loved it - returned this March and took another couple with us. Bus ride excellent - driver capable and friendly. Carriage ride in Charleston wonderful - driver intelligent and informed - made trip both enjoyable and informative. Boat ride great! Little wind, warm and sunny - hard to ask for more. Crew helpful and meal improved over last year (2008). Boone plantation - always a treat to visit and explore - as mentioned above, plan to "do" the trip again next year, will bring family with us. Overall - would rate the whole package as A+ As the old saying goes "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" - so keep up the good work! John Mathews Ottawa Canada | ||||||
