Our guide was great and enthusiastic. We loved the pastrami at the deli and the toffee. Saw lots of mansions too!

This constitutes the second time I have taken the tour. I enjoyed it so much the first time that I took a group of friends and repeated it. Everyone had a ball. The guides on both tours were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and possessed a sense of humor. We learned about a variety of products as well as some local history. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys getting out and enjoying some of the history, architecture, and flavors of Chicago.

When we first got the phone call to possibly switch tour times, we knew we were about to have a private tour. Unfortunately, we could not make it earlier and decided to see what would happen. It was WONDERFUL! Nikki took our group of 3 around, talking about the city (we are tourists from Philadelphia), describing her own travels and experiences, and of course - discussing food. The entire experience was so much fun. We can't wait to come back to Chicago and try the other tour! I have already recommended this tour to my friends if they come to the city and will continue to do so. Good luck with this business expanding! You have a great idea here.

This was a fun way to see another part of the city. The tour guide knew a great deal, was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful in some places (chocolate, deli, and pizza), but virtually nonexistent in others. The tour is more about the architecture than the food. Some of the business owners were very friendly and welcoming (chocolate, tea, and pizza place), others, not so much.

| The tour introduced us to a couple of Chigago's neighbourhoods that perhaps we may not have seen otherwise. We were greeted and introduced to our guide. She explained how the tour works and then off we went. The shops we visited were interesting and the food provided was unique and very good.
We also were told of the neighbourhood and a brief history of how it became what it is today. A very informative tour to familiarize someone with the great regions of Chicago. |

The tour was perfect for our group---a family girl's weekend with ages 24-84 years. Absolutely perfect. Tour guide was knowledgable and entertaining. The next time I have travelers in town I will be sure to repeat this event!

My wife and I had a great time on the tour ... smallish group, great tastings, great stores ... a whole lotta fun. I'd recommend to anyone who appreciates good food ... and learning about it.

We had read good comments about the tour, so we went expecting a good time; we were not disappointed. We recommend the tour, and we will definitely take the other tour offered next time we are in Chicago.

We greatly enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide, I believe her name was Arielle, was SPECTACULAR. We could not have asked for a better guide! She was enthusiastic, witty, and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! We would have liked it a little better if the spice and oil shops would have had some small pieces of food to put their spices on for tasting purposes. The Fudge Pot was wonderful and very generous with their portions. We are considering another tour next year. We only hope we have another wonderful tour guide like this time.
