| The majority of the three and a half hour tour is spent walking through he Gold Coast, Old Town and Lincoln Park. Frequent stops for short stories, historical perspective and, of course, tasting make the journey less a workout and more a stroll. However, at the end of the tour you will know that you walked a long way.
The selection of places to stop and taste allows for every type of food preference, as well as, a few pleasant surprises.
I plan to take this tour again in the future. It's that much fun. |

| Me and friends joined the Food Planet Tasting, Segway and Wendella boat tours. Although these tours are totally different in nature, and they are all fine tours respectively, I think Food Planet Tasting tour is the best value of all.
One star is deducted because the our tour group was quite big in size and we had a little difficulty squeezing into a few places that we visit. |

| My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Emily was very friendly and was willing to answer any questions we had about the places we visited, walked by or how to get to transportation. I would definitely recommend this tour and would love to take it again. |

| It was lots of fun as we expected from the reviews. It was cloudy and kinda rainy but, worth the effort of going. Emily was great. It is fun to hear the Chicago history on the way to each place we stopped. Loved the tea store, though every stop was great. I can't wait to go back to Chicago and do the new food tour that is starting soon. Eat breakfast but, not a big one. There is plenty to fill you up. It was good exercise to walk the tour and then walk back to purchase items afterwards. Put on good walking shoes. It was fun to get to know new people. I hope the lady from the Houston, TX area went back to an intact house after hurricane Ike. |

| participants should be able to buy items on the tour as it is sometimes not possibble to return to the shops in one's own time due to time constraints, etc |

| I live locally and went on this tour with my Mother and two aunts. It was a highlight for all of us and one of the most unique and fun tours I've taken while living in Chicago. Our tour guide was upbeat, thoughtful and kept us engaged the entire time. Although we didn't walk fast, be prepared for a lot of walking and standing. You only sit down two times during the 3 hour tour; 10 min halfway and 20 minutes toward end of the tour. The tour says wheelchair friendly, however, in most of the establishments, you must be able to walk up and down stairs while leaving wheelchairs and strollers aside. |
