| This is a fantastic tour, the highlight of our trip as we were visiting from Tokyo, Japan. Really enjoyed the variety of shops included on the tour. It was very educational as well as tasty! Would have never had the chance to sample balsamic vinegars, olive oils and more! A must if you like food and want to learn more about Chicago. |

| My group of 5 all thouroughly enjoyed this activity. It was a nice way to finish our stay in chicago. We each had a different food tasting that we enjoyed. From the rueben sandwhich to the stuffed pizza it was all delicious. The only complaint my group had was the catering chocolate store. It would have been nice to get more variety from there. However, the entire tour was excellent and I highly recommend it. |

| My 3 friends from Philadelphia and I did the tour and this is hands-down one of the best tours of any kind that I've ever been on . The tour was informative, interesting, detailed, imaginative, full of great food and lots of fun! Not only do you learn about the wonderful food that they serve on the tour but you get the detailed story behind the establishment that makes it. On top of everything else, you also learn about the neighborhoods and some of the houses and their unique architecture. It is a great way to introduce you to the real Chicago outside of the typical tourist spots. You get a coupon book on the tour with offers for the places where we stopped as well as many of the local businesses in the neighborhood. Our tour guide (Jennifer) really made the tour special. She was enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable and very generous with the samples on the tour (which was very much appreciated). She was very interested in the tour participants as well and was quick to get to know everyone and make them feel like fast friends. I was quite sad when the tour was over but walked away having a fantastic experience all around. I can't say enough great things about this tour. I would recommend it to everyone! 10 out of 10!!!!!! |

| With 6 members of family from Florida, Maine and Ohio, we really enjoyed the tour. Pacing was good, and selection of establishments was superb. Locals remarked how unique these were! Tea, spice and oil were tops! |

| I thought I'd find it a little odd touring neighborhoods i'd lived in for years, and actually, I did! It was odd that my old neighborhoods could seem so new and have so many surprises both in food and architecture. I HIGHLY recommend this tour to all locals and challenge those who think they "know their neighborhoods" to not find tons of new found knowledge and favorite spots to eat and shop in their hood.
As for our guide, Caroline, she couldn't have been better...she gave the tour an extra douse of fun and really had a lot teach us about all the shops/restaurants and neighborhoods we traveled through.
Can't wait to take the Bucktown tour...another neighborhood "i know well". |
