| I am originally from Chicago and I was on a date with my boyfriend who is new to the city. I wanted him to learn a little more about Chicago through food. I never thought that it would be a Chicago educational experience for me as well. Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and the food was wonderful! Although there is food involved, you get to know Chicago neighborhood history as well. By the end of the tour I was surprisingly full. |

| It was a great way to see Chicago. Not your typical sit in a bus and look at sites from afar. Our tour guide, Jennifer, was fun and informative. We walked into neighborhoods and parks that we would normally pass by. Learned very interesting information about buildings and businesses. We visited fabulous stores and restaurants out of the main stream of tourist attractions. The unique stores were small and quaint. They all had their specialties and we learned so much from each one of them. I just received my package from the Oil & Vinegar store. Yum! I am very excited about trying the new flavors.
Next time you are in Chicago, put your walking shoes on and check it out. This is the only way to tour a city and find all the really cool places. Tourist traps watch out. |

| After living in Chicago for 35 years, I learned new things on this tour. I didn't know that Hugh Hefner had given the Playboy Mansion to the Art Institute for a freshman dorm and that it was now very large condos. I rediscovered Old Town. Last time I visited there it was seedy and dumpy. None of us had tasted Ethel's Chocolates and we will certainly return there. Jennifer was a great guide ~ knowledgable, personable and enthusiastic. She did a great job! |

| My husband and I really enjoyed the walking and sampling tour through some neighborhoods of Chicago. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if we were allowed a few minutes in each store to possibly buy something. You should offer 2 types of tours - 1 with shopping and 1 without! |

| Great experience and would certainly recommend to anyone. The only thing I would recommend is to have more restaurants involved, in closer proximity to one another. for that matter, there could even be multiple tours offered, like one for restaurants only in lincoln Park or downtown, etc. Another thing is that at the food shops (not restaurants), there should be some time alloted for buying products. for us, we do not plan on being back in Chicago anytime soon, and we had such a hectic schedule that it was impossible for us to go back to the spice store and oil store to buy what we wanted. for places like that, it would be helpful to give tourists who are not likely to visit the store at another time, a quick opportunity (like 10 minutes or so) to buy some things.
Other than that, this was a great tour with an awesome guide, and we would recommend it to other Chicago visitors :) |

| I can say, without any doubt, this was the highlight of our stay in Chicago. We had an extraordinarily friendly tour guide (who was also very good with the four-year-old that was travelling with us), got to sight-see in many picturesque areas, and, of course, indulge in fantastic food. As well as enjoying the tour, you also receive excellent suggestions on future dining.
Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and book now! |

| Our friendly and energetic guide paid attention to every member of the group, particularly ensuring safety and comfort. The walk was more than I am used to in my sedentary life, but broken up by our scheduled stops and occasional presentations on area architecture/history.
The stops were interesting, and the food was very tasty! All host stores/restaurants were very friendly and we returned to several to use our discount tix from the tour. The map the guide provided everyone was very helpful on our return walk to our car.
I have already recommended this tour to a couple friends from the suburbs who would enjoy a pleasant day trip to an area of the city they may not have visited before.
Helpful hint -- along with dressing appropriately (comfy shoes and clothes) bring a backpack or large bag to carry fliers, maps, and purchases. Also bring cash along with plastic for places which may not take credit i.e. tipping, parking, cab fair, etc. |

| My husband & I live in Chicago in Greektown. I took him on the tour for his birthday & we both absolutely loved the tour! It was a beautiful, perfect day and a wonderful walk through all the neighborhoods. Our guide NICKI TADER was awesome. She was full of energy, very knowledgeable and very funny. We loved her. We enjoyed learning more of the history of Chicago. We have already been back to the tea shop to purchase some of the teas we tried on the tour. The food tasting was an additional perk & our favorite was the pizza from Bacino's. You can't beat Chicago pizza! I would definitely recommend this tour to my family & friends. Have fun in our beautiful city of Chicago!! |

| My friend and I rode the Mega Bus to Chicago. We are both foodies. We love to cook and go to cooking classes. So this seemed like a good fit for us. We loved all of it.
We also are walkers, hikers, etc. There is alot of walking, but if you are used to this it shouldn't be a problem. We went to some very different places. The "Spice Merchant" being one. Awsome! Seeing other neighborhoods that I normally would not have known about, restaurants that I would have missed and beautiful buildings are just a few other good things about this tour. And before I forget, the guide, Jennifer was plesant, and knowlegable. |
