| Way too expensive compared to the amount of food and cultural info included. The only substantial food item was the slice of pizza that was served almost in the end of the tour. The tour kept us hungry to that point while the impression from the brochures was that the food tasting samples would keep the hunger away. |

| I had a great time on the tour. The tour guide was wonderful, pleasant, informative.
The locations chosen were nice, and walking through the neighborhoods with commentary about history and architecture added a lot. I went back to 3 of the stores after the tour to make purchases.
The only negative was the Ashkenaz deli. The latkas were awful. They were very greasy, not crispy. Not like a good latke should be. For people on the tour who have never eaten one, this was a poor example of a latke.
Thanks. |

| My friend and I took this tour midday Sunday after having spent the weekend in downtown Chicago. While staying in the downtown area was convenient for all of the sightseeing we'd done, we both agreed that we wish we'd been on the tour sooner so that we would've known about all of the attractions in the near north neighborhoods. Every stop on the tour was informative (and delicious!) I'm studying food science at the Ohio State University and I still found myself learning new things everywhere we went. I believe some of that is a testament to Chicago Food Planet and the participating stores, but I credit our guide Jennifer with most of that. She worked tirelessly to engage everyone in our group, all the while sharing more bits of trivia about architecture, food, and the city than I ever would have expected. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone new to the city with a taste for good food. |

| My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Not only was the places we visited and ate at terrific, the history of Chicago that we learned was very interesting. We cannot wait to return to Chicago to take the South Shore tour. It was one of our best memories of our trip. And last but not least, Nicki, our guide was the best! Informative, outgoing, exuberant, friendly and just great! |

| The best aspect of our tour was our guide and her knowledge of eclectic Chicago food and beverage locations. She was absolutely a charm. |

| My wife and I had a great time on the food tour. We were able to sample a wide selection of cuisine and get a real feel for life in Chicago. The merchants and restaurant owners were all pleasant, and our tour guide Kate was informative and uber cute. It was worth every penny. |
