| a friend and i took this tour after browsing tripadvisor. the reviews don't lie! the guides are really friendly and helpful. They defintely try to make the tour interesting, not cliche and fun. Also, don't expect enough food for a full meal (definitely eat a good breakfast beforehand)! |

| My husband, son and I went on the tour on a saturday afternoon and thouroghly enjoyed ourselves. The guide was knowledgable, friendly and fun. It was interesting getting to hear about the history of chicago neighborhoods as well as the information about the various foods we tasted. The length of time and the walking distance was just right, thankfully it wasn't raining. I would highly recommend this tour as a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Also, the price was reasonable. |

| It was a great experience! I would recommend it to others. our guide was great and friendly. It was educational and fun to visit and learn all about the places we stopped at. We all know pizza and chocolate are great but who knew olive oil could be so delicious!!! It was a wonderful surprise! I didnt like the potato pancake at all though.
it felt a little rushed sometimes though, especially at the pizza place because we actually had to sit and eat there. it would have been ok if a little extra time had been scheduled for that point in the day. the eating and rushing thing gave me a stomach ache at the end of the day. Overall it was really great though. |

| I took this tour with a group of work colleagues (3 women and 1 male spouse) while we were in Chicago for a conference. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It provided some physical activity, some food, some history and factual information--yet not too much of any one of them. The tastings were well timed as far as washroom breaks and food intake mixed with walking and stopping to see points of historical/cultural or architectural interest. The tour started and ended on time. Our guide was very enthusiastic (almost over the top), friendly, knowledgable and able to manage the group. I would have liked the group to be a bit smaller in number in order to better fit into some of the smaller shops that we visited but it was managable. I also went back to 4/7 shops a few days later to purchase products as did another member of our group. Overall I would heartily recommend the tour. I had taken the Bucktown/Wicker Park tour 2 days prior to the North Town one and would also recommend that tour as it was equally well done. |

| We are a group of four women who have met in Chicago the past two years to shop, relax and eat. We were referred to this tour and decided to include it in our plans for Sunday before we flew home. It was very enjoyable. Our guide, Ariana, was charming and had so much information. We all thoroughly enjoyed the choices of places to stop and sample. It was suprising how much we learned! In fact, for our trip next year we plan to come back to the shops we visited so we can spend more time. Thanks! |

| Instead of the traditional (BBB) Baseball game, Bowling or Booze outing, our department thought this might be fun...AND IT WAS! What fun it was to walk through the neighborhoods of Chicago while stopping to meet and experience some great stores, food and people? Rebecca was a wonderful host and kept us amused and informed about the architecture and neighborhoods we passed.
I can only add what a great bonding experience it was and my people are still talking about it and planning on doing this again next year...
Thanks for a great outing! |

| We are so glad that we took this tour. It was the highlight of our trip! Our guide was energetic, knowledgeable and personable. She conveyed much interesting and fun information about our culinary destinations and the various cultural points of interest along the way. Definitely a great way to learn about Chicago. It was like watching a show from the Food Network! We are recommending this tour to all of our family and friends. |
