| The tour was perfect for our group---a family girl's weekend with ages 24-84 years. Absolutely perfect. Tour guide was knowledgable and entertaining. The next time I have travelers in town I will be sure to repeat this event! |

| My wife and I had a great time on the tour ... smallish group, great tastings, great stores ... a whole lotta fun. I'd recommend to anyone who appreciates good food ... and learning about it. |

| Had a great time! On the tour we learned some neat facts about Chicago history , saw a good deal of Chicago's amazing architecture, the tasting destinations were all very interesting and informative, the tour guides were fun, and the food was delicious! Definitely recommended. |

| The ONLY negative that I can say is that my wife liked the oil & spice shops so much that we went back and spent a bunch of $$. |

| Kate did a wonderful job explaining the food and cultural histories. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I will recommend this tour to anyone who is willing to walk a little bit.

| Most of the tastings are available if you walk into the store alone, and most of them aren't specific to Chicago. So I think $40 is rather expensive for tastings of olive oil and cinnamon. If you like to go on a guided tour and be taken from store to store, rather than walk alone, then maybe this is for you |

| What a great concept and well executed as well. Nicky was a wonderful guide through the various neighbourhoods we visited. She demonstrated passion for the city and for the tour and all of the stops on it. For me, the tea and cheese store visits weren't the favourites but that's based on personal preference.
The attention to detail was very positive. Bringing water at various stops, providing a few opportunities to sit, stopping at various points of interest during the longer walk periods were all appreciated.
Well done! |

| We had a fun and informative tour which was a good introduction to some great neighborhoods. The specialty shops and restaurants were ones I'd not have discovered on my own. The group was friendly and the leader was interesting and knew a lot about food and also the points of interest as we walked along. I enjoyed the samples of foods, spices, tea, and other gourmet items. |

| Nicki was our guide & she was terrific - we couldn't have asked for a better guide! This is a great tour of local establishments combined with quite a bit of walking - which is a Wonderful thing considering all of the Eating you are doing. We walked back after the tour (your ending spot is not where you begin) and stopped at all of the places we wanted to purchase goods from. We were on the 11am tour & by the time we casually got back it was around 4pm. It's a great way to spend a beautiful day outdoors and not being in any sort of hurry to wrap things up really makes it more enjoyable, so plan the day for this one! |
