| The tour was even better than expected, we learned a lot about the food that we were tasting and about Chicago. I have already told many friends about it and will continue to spread the word. It's a great event to do while in Chicago. |

| The tour was actually more fun than we had anticipated! We really enjoyed touring some of Chicago and eating some food along the way. Thought the tour time was about right; maybe a little long. Would only recommend not having as many chocolate stops. By the time we got to the last stop (Ethel's), chocolate really wasn't what we wanted. We sensed that from the group as well. Overall, we truly enjoyed the tour and really like our guide. She did a great job! |

| We really liked the spice shop and the pizza restaurant and the chocolate shop.
We thought the oil shop was weak. It sold mediocre oil. We have sourced better oil ourselves. we personally have better balsamic vinegar than was on offer in this shop. Weak point of tour.
It would have been helpful if the guide had made recommendations of other restaurants/cafes on our route.
Generally the other places were weak and the food was mediocre. This includes the oil shop and the deli and the sandwich shop. The Wicker Park food tour is much better. |

| My husband and I took the Chicago Food Planet Tour the middle of June '06. As the weather had not yet turned hot the three hour walk was a very comfortable quick paced one.
Shawn, our tour guide and owner of the company, is a high energy, knowledgeable young man. It turned out there were only four of us on our tour which was much to our advantage. We were able to each spend time with Shawnand really get to ask all the questions we had.
The tour took us through the Gold Coast , Old Town and Lincoln Park area's. Shawn did his research and was able to give us lots of local history as well as stop at some very interesting tasting points. One of my favorite's was the Spice House.
Many of the area's we went to I would never have found on my own as we were from out of town. This was a great way to get familiar with Chicago and some of the smaller out of the way shops. |

| My husband and I loved it. I am a foodie. My husband loves to eat but does not cook. We both found the experience wonderful. We would back to Chicago just for the tour. The three hours went by very quickly and there was enough to eat. We didn't even realize we walked the two miles. We would highly recommend the tour. |

| The tour guide was very enthusiastic. We loved some of the placesbut were under the impression we would sit down a little more. My group was seniors and we would have liked to sit and listen and eat. We throught more food could have provided at each place like hors d'oeuvres. So we were a little disappointed in that. We felt it was worth $24.00 not $44.00. And it was a little too much walking for a person with an artificial hip. We all walk alot but I guess because there was no sitting we had a bad time. Could provide more restrooms stops also. |

| My daughter and I loved this food tour. The combination of food tasting with the educational information provided about the city was delightful. The tour guide (Kate) was very friendly and made us feel like we were touring with a group of family members. Her knowledge about the city and the sites was amazing. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone. |

| Wonderful combination of food tasting, architecture and walking and an excellent way to get a feel for the different neighborhoods as you wind your way through the Gold Coast, Old Town and Lincoln Park. Our tour guide, Jennifer, was terrific. She was informative, friendly and was a wealth of information wherever we went. A great way to start your trip to Chicago and it definitely beats riding around in a double decker bus. One tip - the tour ends a few blocks away from the Lincoln Park Zoo and Conservatory. Admission is free to both and they shouldn't be missed. |
