My wife and I had a wonderful timing touring the tastes, culture and history of three interesting Chicago neighborhoods (Gold Coast, Old Town & Lincoln Park). Our enthusiastic guide, Jesse, did an outstanding job introducing us to the excellent food, teas, spices, oils and neighborhoods. We had a great time. Thank you!

We had such a good time on this tour, we would highly recommend it. Our guide (Jenn) was fantastic, very informative and interesting. Surprisingly, the places this tour took us that we didn't think much of prior to the tour ended up being our favorite places! This is a perfect way to see and experience the city.

I am originally from Chicago and the tour provided a lot of good information of the local buildiings that I did not know before, even after living there for 20 plus years. The tour actually included the original playboy mansion. There is plenty to eat on the tour and the people giving the food are very knowledgable about it. Overall I could not have asked for a better tour of the heart of Chicago.

After reading your reviews I was highly anticipating this part of our trip and my husband and I were definitly not disappointed! Jennifer our tour guide was bubbly, informative and making sure that we were comfortable, having a good time and well fed. We learned so much about the selected neighborhoods of Chicago, things that would not have been available had we'd been just tourists and on our own. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about all things Chicago and had an answer to all our questions. Being able to visit some of the unique places such as the spice shop and vinegar and balsamic oil shop in the Oldtown neighborhood was different and fantastic! Also we got to mingle with "real Chicagoans" as opposed to the usual city tourists. The small price of the tour was the BEST BARGAIN IN CHICAGO and we highly recommend this activity to anyone in the Chicago area, visiting or otherwise...hopefully you're also be lucky to get vivacious JENNIFER as your guide!!!!!

Loved our tour guide, she was friendly and informative. The tour itself was great as well, not only did we get to taste some amazing food, we also got to experience some of the beautiful architecture of the city and learn the history behind the buildings. We also visited some great shops local to Chicago. Would recommend this tour to anyone!

| The last walk for pizza had us dragging, Only one of the four us wanted to go for it but we did go. The pizza was good but we all agreed we could have gone without it.
Our guide Nikki was full of interesting information. I enjoyed seeing areas a tourist dosnt' normally see. |

We were a group of four friends, two living in Illinois and two from out of town. We all loved the tour, food, and information that we learned. We probably would not have gone to those places if it hadn't been for the tour. Looking forward to shopping at those locations in person or online.

Our guide Jessie was a doll! She had so much energy and personality. I am so glad they give you a guide (which included coupons for going back to the stores) to show you where we were going - we needed it to find our way back - LOL. You start out with a great sandwich (the marble rye was amazing!) then nibble and sip your way until you get to the best stuffed pizza ever. Thought at first no meat would mean blah - I was wrong! Cheesy tastiness!!! You guys asked me if there were any allergies when I booked and I do have them. I did not miss out on any part of noshing on the tour. The place that I could not eat at gave me a candy apple instead. I was 10 again :) It was good to see the rest of the Chicago area and see where real people eat and of course the wonderful and sometimes strange architecture. And the walk wasn't that bad, didn't even realize we had been at it for the 3 hours. Want to go back to those areas and want to do another tour. We HIGHLY recommend.

This was better than i expected. We had a wonderful guide, Nicki, who was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and really made the experience worthwhile. There were 4 of us and we loved the opportunity to meet others from different parts of the country as well as out of the country. I would highly recommend this event and hope to take part in the other food tours that are offered.
