| This was a really nice tour, taking us through some of Chicago's nicest neighborhoods, and exposing us to architecture, history, and often little-known but really cool food places. The guide was really enthusiastic, the food samples were great, and some of the stops on the tour were unknown to the Chicagoans in our group, but were neat places that all of us enjoyed. The samples were great, and I think the tour is a great way to spend 3+ hours in Chicago! |

| Great tour. Great guide. Fun way to spend a few hours exploring the local area. I recommended to even the locals in Chicago who havent visited Old Town. |

| By the looks of some of the pictures online, I thought this would be a tour for old people, but it was not at all. But as a person who just moved to Chicago, you get a chance to walk through the streets of a few great neighborhoods and learn about them. You check out 8 great places for some great food.
You might want to check the weather and wait to see if it's nice out before you buy tickets ($40 each). But I highly recommend this tour, it's a bit different than most tours, but fantastic! |

| It's hard to tell friends, "Yeah, we walked a couple miles, stopped for tastings and several local businesses, and learned a little history along the way" without their eyes glossing over and them wondering why you blew your money on something so boring.
The reality, though, is just the opposite. The tour was the highlight of our day, and we still can't stop talking about the things we saw and did. Our guide was excellent, the shops were delightful, and the day was extraordinarily well-spent. We'd do it again in a heartbeat. |

| Good food samples, interesting info provided at each stop with enough local history, architecture, and stories to keep the tour flowing and interesting for all. I was very thankful that shopping was not allowed on the tour. Providing shopping time to meet everyone's interests would have stretched the tour out to long. My wife and I did, however, return to a few of the stops after the tour to use the discount coupons!
Chicago is the "windy city" so be prepared if the weather is cool. It was perfect for us. |

| We had the tour on the first day of our first visit to Chicago - we enjoyed very much to have this kind of introduction, giving insight also in the culture and hinstory of Chicago. |

| Nickie (the guide) was very informative and provided alot of insight into the different areas and restaurants that we visited. Perhaps some additional ethnic restaurants or additional tours might be worthwhile in future. Overall, my wife and I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting Chicago. As a closing thought....we have traveled quite extensively and Chicago is definitely one of the best cities we have been to. |
