| Kent was a great tour guide. Humorous, informative and patient with a challenging group. (We were joined by a group of dependent adults.) He handled a couple of problems that cropped up with aplomb.
If I may suggest, it would perhaps be better to have disabled groups tour privately to accommodate them better. As a caregiver, I always appreciate having extra time.
My elderly mother, 10-year-old son and myself enjoyed ourselves immensely. Only wish we'd been staying closer to that neighborhood so we could have taken advantage of the coupons and our new found knowledge.

| This is much more than your average food tour. Not only do you get a taste of Chicago's culinary offerings, but a feel for the history and the pride of the people of the city of Chicago. Many members of our tour group stated that they really enjoyed everything about the tour and were particularly taken with the tea, spice and oil shops for their uniqueness. The food items provided for tasting were a well rounded assortment and plenty for my party. I believe all of us were especially impressed with our tour guide, Kate, who was not only knowledgeable and easy to talk to but friendly to one and all. She made the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get the true "flavor" of Chicago. |

| This tour was a pleasant surprise, and I would not hesitate to repeat it with others. We visited some truly unique shops; some I might otherwise never have known were there. The pace was perfect, the tastings were delicious, and the descriptions of local architecture and history added a nice touch that completed the experience. Local shop owners were most welcoming, and more than one talked about their merchandise in enough detail that I was able to gain quite a bit of education. |

| I can say, without any doubt, this was the highlight of our stay in Chicago. We had an extraordinarily friendly tour guide (who was also very good with the four-year-old that was travelling with us), got to sight-see in many picturesque areas, and, of course, indulge in fantastic food. As well as enjoying the tour, you also receive excellent suggestions on future dining.
Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and book now! |

| I would highly recommend this tour. Not only do you visit many foody places, but you tour several different neighborhoods. The food is plentiful and places are all different. Our tour took 3 1/2 hours so be prepared for walking and listening to the history of Chicago and food. |

| We had a great tour guide, very informative and friendly. But 3 hours is a little too long. I would recommend shortening it to 2 hours to maintain everyone's interest. The food samples were NOT very good... except for the chocolate samples. |

| We found some great new shops that we will visit again on our next trip to Chicago. There was a nice mix of history, folklore, and architectural "tastings" along with the yummy food tastings. There was enough food for the ladies to call it lunch but definitely not enough for the guys or kids. |

| I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the Chicago area as well as for those living there. We returned to three of the 8 places to purchase items the next day. Our tour guide was very friendly and upbeat and very informed. I have already told several friends/relatives that the Food Tour is a must on their next visit to Chicago. |
