| Jen was GREAT -super enthusiastic she gave a great tour. I live in the city I was very impressed with the information and the experience. Such a nice tour for out of town guests.

| This is a must do in Chicago. The tour shows off some real gems in the northern districts. Our tour guide Jen really made the tour thoroughly enjoyable even though the weather was dreadful (Hail the size of cherry stones!). All of the tasting sessions were both informative and interesting and the portions surprisingly large! Thanks to Chicago Food Planet for such a wonderful adventure! |

| Apart from enjoying the food tasting, we were able to see different places that normally you would not visit on a "traditional" sightseeing tour of Chicago. It is a different experience to appreciate the beauty of this amazing city. |

| The history and architecture were fascinating. The shops were unique and intriguing. Not a lot of food along the way but that was ok. A hungry man might be disappointed to be tasting spices, oils and vinegars at two of the stops but seven tastings sounded like it would be too much food anyway. Our tour guide, Ariana was captivating and made it all a lot of fun. I would take other out-of-town visitors on the tour again. |

| I took my 14-yo daughter on the food tour while we were visiting Chicago. We had a blast! Our tour guide, Ariana was awesome, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. We got to see a side of Chicago that a normal tourist would never see. I would have loved to have more time to purchase things from the stores we visited. Hopefully, we will be able to visit again.

| I had the most amazing time on this tour. It was my first visit to Chicago, I only had a few days in town and I had my 10 month old son with me - who also loved the tastings at every stop. It is the perfect combination of walking, food and the history of Chicago. The food was great and afterwards I met up with my husband and re-traced the tour with him this time purchasing all the produce that we enjoyed and taking advantage of the discount coupons. Now that I have left Chicago I have come away feeling that I've had least had a good taste of what it has to offer and I will certainly do this tour again when I'm next in town. |

| This tour and our tour guide were absolutely wonderful!! The choice of venues and food was a very good mix. It also incorporated local specialties such as Vienna Beef and Stuffed Pizza. Each unique stop was a well-known, high-quality local storefront/restaurant that provided samples of their signature product. Our tour guide Arianne was very knowledgeable and well spoken. While walking along, she shared the history of various architecture, streets, mansions, buildings, and parks. My husband and I as well as our two college-age children ALL thoroughly enjoyed this tour!!! We even went back to a few places on our own after the tour was over!! Well done!!! |

| This tour was a highlight of our trip to Chicago. Our tour leader was knowledgable, enthusiastic, and absolutely charming. She made sure all participants on the tour were comfortable, especially one lady with a walking device who needed a chair to rest on at each stop. The selection of purveyors was a pleasant surprise - each one gave us a sense of the "only in Chicago" products they produced. I was smitten by the olive oil and balsamic vinegar shop, and I already have my order to email to them! We received tastes and demonstrations at each stop and were quite full by the end of the tour. I loved the historical notes on Old Town that our guide shared throughout the walk! I'd recommend this tour to anyone! |
