| My wife and I very much enjoyed this tour. Two things stand out: first, a brief review of the architectual and cultural aspects of Near North Side of Chicago was quite interesting and not something you get on the big tour buses. Our guide, Jennifer, was quite knowledgeable about the area (s). I especially enjoyed the walk through the Gold Coast area and seeing some of the homes there - Florsheim and Playboy Mansion stand out. Jennifer knew the prices of the condos that are being converted from the old mansions. Second, the foods and accompanients on Wells St. in Old Town was also interesting. I think this part of the tour is mostly for the ladies, but I particularly enjoyed testing the oils and vinegars at Old Town Oil. I wanted to take some home, but cannot due to restrictions of liquids on air flights. We both enjoyed the deep dish pizza in Lincoln Park. One thing I would have enjoyed on the food tour would be a "Chicago hot dog". I have heard of these but not sure how they are different from other hot dogs. That about sums it up. Say Hi to Jennifer!

| With 6 members of family from Florida, Maine and Ohio, we really enjoyed the tour. Pacing was good, and selection of establishments was superb. Locals remarked how unique these were! Tea, spice and oil were tops! |

| We are former residents of the Chicago area and at the suggestion of friends, we participated in the tour on June 28th. We found it so interesting and enjoyed all of the places we visited. In addition to the food, we especially enjoyed some of the architectural facts we learned while on the tour. While we lived in the area, we always enjoyed visiting these areas, but it was so nice to learn some additional facts about the area.
Jennifer Greenberg was our tour guide and she did an excellent job. My husband is hard of hearing and her explanations were all audible to him. |

| Our guide, Jen, was the most enthusiastic person, so upbeat and really knew the area. She was funny and light and had a wonderful rapport with the merchants we visited. Only one stop on the tour could have been eliminated. All the rest were great and for sure we had enough food to last the day. |

| This tour was a highlight of our trip to Chicago. Our tour leader was knowledgable, enthusiastic, and absolutely charming. She made sure all participants on the tour were comfortable, especially one lady with a walking device who needed a chair to rest on at each stop. The selection of purveyors was a pleasant surprise - each one gave us a sense of the "only in Chicago" products they produced. I was smitten by the olive oil and balsamic vinegar shop, and I already have my order to email to them! We received tastes and demonstrations at each stop and were quite full by the end of the tour. I loved the historical notes on Old Town that our guide shared throughout the walk! I'd recommend this tour to anyone! |

| There were four of us and we loved the variety of places we went. Later in the week we went back to eat at a restaurant which was recommended on our tour --Bistrot Margot, which was wonderful. Whille there, even though it was pouring rain, we returned to the chocolate, oil and sspice stores for more purchases. Now I feel like I actually know the neighborhood.
I have a slight mobility handicap, so I took a taxi from the sixth to seventh place and skipped the longest walk, but none of the food. The rest of the group walked. We both were pleased with our experiences. |

| The information on the area was great, we could have handled even more on some of the buildings we passed. The food and information at the stores was well done and much appreciated. |

| Our guide (Nikki) a woman around forty was excellent and full of a lot of interesting things to tell us. She paced the tour so that no one was left out. She obviously had a good relationship with the shop keepers we visited. Your add was right about it taking care of lunch for the day. All in all a well spent two hours. |
