| Wonderful combination of food tasting, architecture and walking and an excellent way to get a feel for the different neighborhoods as you wind your way through the Gold Coast, Old Town and Lincoln Park. Our tour guide, Jennifer, was terrific. She was informative, friendly and was a wealth of information wherever we went. A great way to start your trip to Chicago and it definitely beats riding around in a double decker bus. One tip - the tour ends a few blocks away from the Lincoln Park Zoo and Conservatory. Admission is free to both and they shouldn't be missed. |

| The tour guide was friendly, well informed, and considerate of everyone's walking ability. Each stop was unique and interesting. The only stop that perhaps could be enhanced is the Catering chese deli. This was a little cramped and not as interesting as the other stops. The architectural portion of the tour was delightful. All and all my husband, daughter and myself throughly enjoyed the experience. We plan to take the Bucktown/Wicker Park tour in the near future. Thank you for a delightful day. |

| I enjoyed the tour as a whole...the architecture of the neighborhoods was especially impressive...our guide was very knowledgeable and amicable....however I did book the Wicker Park tour originally based on the food selection.... the tea place was very interesting and the tea was delicious...the spice house though interesting I thought was very disappointing in what we were offered (nothing) they have all kinds of wonderful mixes and seasonings that could be made up and sampled...the oil shop also interesting is something I could have done on my own and was disappointed in the "tasting"...I also felt the same way about the Chocolate Catering shop...I have eaten Humus and also very good quality Gouda cheese...lets have something indigenous to their shop...they had some great looking stuff in their case that I would have loved to have tried...the pizza at the end was great...the reuben at the beginning also very good, as was the toffee ....I just thought the middle was a little disappointing. |

| The tour was a lot of fun and Jen was a very good tour guide. Each stop on the tour was unique and informative and the food samples were YUMMY and PLENTIFUL! The only thing I would do differently is to book a hotel so we can go back and do a little more exploring! Thanks for a fun day. |

| The Chicago Food Tour was fantastic! Kate went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and happy. She also gave us recommendations on places to eat. The food stops were incredible & delicious! Good food, culturally significant, educational.. It was perfect since this was one of the first things we did on our first trip to Chicago. |

| I had a great time during this tour. Our tour guide was friendly, very informative and very easy to talk to. I loved the food that was offered and in fact, went back after the tour for seconds =) The only recommendation I would have is to have more food in the tastings. For example, even having some bread to dip with the oil and vinegar would have been great instead of just tasting it straight. But in general, a great tour! |

| The beginning (Ashkenaz) and end (Biacini?) were the best food parts of our tour. Otherwise, it was difficult to see where $42/person went. Nicky was an excellent guide, but I doubt that you paid her $60/hour for 3 hours
On the inedible side, we enjoyed seeing Chicago neighbourhoods that we otherwise would not have visited |

| This was our first trip to Chicago and this tour allowed us to see a part of town that we probably wouldn't have visited otherwise. Our guide was charming and well-informed and the stops were varied and interesting. We particularly enjoyed the presentation on spices by the Spice House owner and the oil and vinegar tastings at Old Town Oil. We will definitely go on another Food Planet tour next time we visit Chicago. |
