| This tour was a fantastic way to learn more about the city I recently moved to. I loved the mix of cultural, historical, and culinary education offered. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, entertaining, and engaging. I would, actually already have, recommended this tour to my friends and co-workers. Thanks for the wonderful afternoon! |

| Loved it!! Would definetely recommend it for all ages. Our tour guide was excellent. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I think her name was Jenn. The pace was great...had plenty of time to sample and didn't have to wait for people to shop. So much fun!! We had a pretty diverse group and a fine time was had by all. The shops were very diverse and the food was very tasty.... |

| good tour of eclectic [mostly] mom & pop shops ranging from teas, spices, oils to deep dish pizza. while some of the tour stops seem like a marketing pitch, the weaving of certain architectural and cultural tidbits made it even more interesting. great for dates and new visitors to chicago. would have been nice to linger and shop at some of the stops but understand the time limits to adhering to the tour schedule. |

| The tour is very well organized, with a good balance between food tasting experience, walks around the city and presentation of key architectural features and anecdotes of the neighborood.
I highly recommend this tour to both visitors and locals since it lets you discover some relatively unknown spots of the city. |

| My husband and I went to Chicago for three days. I saw the reviews for the Food Tours on tripadvisor and decided to book one. I thought the Bucktown neighbourhood tour sounded better then the Near North Tour so I was disappointed that the Bucktown one was totally sold out. I decided to purchase tickets for the North tour anyway. I am soooo glad I did. We don't usually do guided tours as we are both well seasoned, independent travellers. However, this tour is so different that I would receommend it to those who usually porefer to see a city on their own, as well as to those who like some local (guided) input. Some reviews said there wasn't enough food on the tour and to eat beforehand.... BIG mistake! They have recently changed the food sampled at some of the places to ensure everyone is completely full! I couldn't finish all my food. Our guide, Arianna was very natural at this- I have seen too many guides tell the same jokes / stories to each group day after day and it always seems so rehearsed. Arianna was just comfortable, knowledgable and pleasant. For those torn between the two different neighbourhoods and can't decide which sounds better- one couple on our tour had done both tours and said they are both just as good as each other. They couldn't decide which was better. I would highly recommend the Near North food tour. |

| Having grown up in Chicago, I brought my wife to see the city. This tour was a great time, our guide Kate was terrific, and of course, the food....wonderful. I would highly recommend this tour if you like fun and historic Chicago. |

| I am so glad we decided to go on this food and cultural walking tour. It was the perfect start to our trip to Chicago. All of the restaurants and shops we stopped at were delicious, interesting and full of history. I also enjoyed viewing all of the beautiful neighborhoods, homes, and parks. We actually went back to 3 of the places on the tour the next day to stock up on goodies. We also found a restaurant to dine at the next night in one of the neighborhoods we walked through. It was such a pleasant surprise. I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. I would enjoy going on another tour with this company in a different neighborhood area of Chicago!! |
