| My friend and I really enjoyed the Food Tasting and Walking Tour. Our guide, Shane, was engaging, knowledgable, and a lot of fun. I'd recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get an "off the beaten" path tour of Chicago. My only regret is that we couldn't do the tour on our first day there to take advantage of all the restaurant recommendations! |

| We had a great time....went with our two young (7 & 9 yrs old) sons and visiting relatives. We enjoyed all the stops (especially the Spice House & Oil Town), the boys loved all the chocolate, especially the Fudge Pot. Our tour guide (Shawn) did a good job of pointing out the sites and educating us on cinnamon and tea. Would have to say if we were all out of towners that we would be disappointed that not more "Chicago" style items on tour---really should include Chicago-style hot dog and deep dish (stuffed) pizza. |

| I had a fantastic experience. I was in Chicago for six days and my only regret was not taking the tour on the first day so I could experience some of the Great places to eat. The tour was not only informative about Chicago, but also about the food and the history of it. Of all the things I did, this was my favorite. |

| I really liked the Taste and Walk. It took me to areas that I would have never seen before. The guide was very informative and had great people skills, she made the walk very enjoyable. I will definately tell people to do this Taste and Walk. |

| My daughter and both I enjoy cooking (and eating) and we were looking for something different to do while in Chicago for the weekend. This tour fit the bill perfectly. Our tour guide, Nicki, was enthusiastic, friendly and very knowledgable. We enjoyed the variety of different shops and restaurants and seeing neighborhoods that we hadn't seen on previous trips to Chicago. Nicki kept the tour moving at a nice pace, but we never felt like we were rushed through any of the stops. We went back to several of the shops, after the tour, to purchase the items we had sampled and are looking forward to trying them out at home. A friend of mine was also on the tour with us and the 3 of us couldn't stop talking about how much we enjoyed the day. I would highly recommend this tour. |

| The tour was everything I had hoped it would be, our guide was very friendly and knowledgable. Each stop was great with more than enough samples of food. It was very interesting hearing of the different places and also the architecture and different sites along the way. I would highly recommend this tour. |

| We did enjoy the tour on a lovely day. One shop owner was somewhat brusque with me when I purchased some small items, the Spice Shop in fact. Otherwise, the rest of the shops were fun and the food excellant. Really a fun walk, one I would recommend. |

| The tour was great...Much more interesting than you would first think...Covers a lot of residential areas that you would not ordinarily venture to...All the tasting spots are awesome and are worth returning to...Overall, I highly recommend taking this tour...It is worth the time and money ... |

| My fiance and I enjoyed the tour very much. It was not only fun, but gave me a good history of some of the neighborhoods of Chicago. This was my first time to Chicago, and I learned a lot about the culture of Chicago life past and present. (The food was good too...especially the spinach pizza at Bacinos!) Our tour guide, Nikki, was very well informed, and fun. I would enthusiastically recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chicago. |

| We loved the Spice store and Old town oil company. We went back and shopped there. I doubt that I would find these stores on my own. I plan to continue shop with them on line as the quality of their product is astonishing. Our guide was very personable and fun. We also liked the fact that she provided information about the individual neighborhoods not just the stores/foods that were on the agenda. Just right amount of food tasting, definitely did not go hungry, ended up the tour full but not stuffed. |
