Not only was the food tour very informative, it was a mini historical/architectural/cultural tour all wrapped into one. Great information and good food. Our guide was very friendly and accommodating.

Nicole did a great job leading our tour. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and was a great hostess. We enjoyed all of the stops on the tour (especially the pizza and hotdog) and also enjoyed learning about the Bucktown/Wicker neighbourhood. A great way to experience Chicago.

We went on the Bucktown/Wicker park food tour and myself my husband and three kids age 22,19, and 16 all loved it. Nicole was a great guide. The variety, quantities and spacing of the food was perfect. Everyone had their favorite. I particularly enjoyed the history and architectural information that was presented along the way. The next time we are in Chicago we will definately do another Food Planet Tour.

Great Time!

We are born and raised in Chicago but live in the suburbs now and were looking for a fun thing to do on a Saturday with our two 20 something children who were visiting from out of town. We took the Buck Town Wicker Park tour and were not disappointed. Jade was a great guide and well informed on the neighborhoods history and culture. The food stops were great, with the exception of the pizza stop. Pizza was cold and kind of boring for Chicago pizza. The iced chocolate was to die for and the rest of the tastings were delicious. The tour was a little expensive especially when you have to pay for four persons, but considering you ate and had a 3 hour tour the money was well spent! Would definitely recommend and take a second tour at a later date.

We had a wonderful tour with Sophie of Bucktown/ Wicker Park! My 14 year old daughter loved it and listed it as her favorite thing we did in Chicago. She loved the shopping in the area afterwards that Sophie pointed out! We would do another tour next time we visit!

Food was good but I thought there might be more. I loved the way Sophie (guide) was so descriptive about the neighborhoods history and its sense of community. Would def. take another tour next time in Chicago

We had a mix of all ages, a wonderful tour guide and I really enjoyed the places we toured. I will take the other 2 tours. Piece and Hot Chocolate were my favorites and have returned to both places since. I can't remember our guide, but she said we could call her Sheila if we didn't like her. All said and done my family and I had fun with her.

One of the highlights of our trip

We booked this tour because of the variety of food and the neighborhoods of the tour and we weren't disappointed. Our tour guide was fantastic-offering history of the neighborhoods and the places we ate as well as other restaurants in the area. I would suggest that the tour distribute the food stops better. We were stuffed by the 3rd restaurant and would've liked to have had more time in between before eating again!
