The tour guide, Carrie, was fantastic. She had real passion for both the food and the neighborhood and presented both in the best possible light. The food was very good and very plentiful.

This was a very informative and fun tour. We went over July 4th holiday so it was record breaking temps (102) but our guide still made sure we had a great time.

The walking food tours are a great way to get out of downtown and the usual tourist attractions. The neighborhoods are beautiful, the food tastings are varied and often something that we may not have tried otherwise . We love supporting locally owned and operated businesses. I would have liked to have heard from the owners/proprietors of the businesses , but perhaps that's not possible since they are probably working behind the counter, but it would be interesting. Our guide did a good job of telling about each establishment, about the neighborhood, and making sure everyone was comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend the tours to others.

Living in Chicago for only a year, I thought it'd be fun for my boyfriend and me to explore a different neighborhood via a food tour! Our guide, Sophie, was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgable and well-spoken; it was apparent she really loves what she does. Not only did we learn about some amazing local food and drink spots, we got some Chicago history and architectural info as well. The food was delicious and the perfect amount, I left pretty full but not uncomfortable. I will definitely be heading back to Wicker Park/Bucktown to the food places we visited and also to some of the other spots Sophie pointed out along the way. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a fun Chicago experience!
