| I live in the neighborhood and although I have walked by all of the places that we stopped several times I had never been into four out of the six establishments. I definitely plan on returning to all of the places that we visited. I also learned a lot more about the history and architecture of the neighborhood. Ben was a great guide, he was informative and entertaining. I would recommend this tour to anyone that is interested in tasting some great food and learning about a very interesting neighborhood in Chicago. |

| We had a very leisurely and casual stroll around neighborhood streets with our guide Kent providing fun and interesting facts . The food was appetizing and filling, maybe even a little too filling. Be sure to eat breakfast early so you'll you'll have room. With that said, I must comment on the fact that at $44 pp, I think it's a bit high. Maybe cut that back $5? Still, a great tour and I got some nice pictures of some period houses along the way. |

| The food we had was wonderful, in fact, we went back 3 times during our vacation. Our guide was awesome. He was knowledgeable about all the places we visited and very enthusiastic about the tour. The thing I loved the most was walking through the town and learning about the history and architecture of the buildings. I would highly recomded this tour. P.S. Eat a small breakfast, you will get full! |

| This was the best experience of our trip to Chicago. We loved this tour! Kent was our guide and he was fantastic. He was so informative and knowledgable. Plus he made it fun! The places we visited were true Chicago places that you read about and never get to see. This section of Chicago is so packed with things to see and places to eat, that you could spend a great deal of time there and still not see it all.
I would HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone who likes to eat and sample new things, and also to anyone who enjoys walking and seeing the different types of architecture.
I would definitely take another walking food tour on my next trip to Chicago..

| Kent, our guide, was extremely well versed with this part of the city. He was funny, friendly, and offered great tips on where to go beyond just the tour. Our group loved all of the tasty food samples (some felt like a complete meal!) and the historic guide of the homes and architecture. It was a perfect balance! Kent was even prepared with rain ponchos when the weather turned astray. I would definitely recommend this trip to travelers and locals alike! |

| I was really looking forward to this kind of tour that I set up for myself. I was even more impressed and it exceeded my expectations. The food participants were wonderful and unusual enough to make it interesting. The architectural tour was very interesting and we had a very informative guide. I feel like we were received very well in each of our tastings and the tour moved along at a really good pace. I would recommend that the bathroom at the hot dog site be cleaner than when I experienced it. A lot of people use it at the start of the tour and it is a unisex bathroom which left something to be desired. |

| The food was excellent and our leader, Kent was a lot of fun. He was very knowledgeable of the area and we loved seeing all the old houses and their history that were in this neighborhood. He kept everything moving but we didn't feel rushed. When it started to rain on us, he had rain ponchos for everyone so we could keep moving. It was an excellent tour and I would highly recommend it to everyone. The food choices were interesting, different and very good.
We were looking for something different to do in Chicago and we found it.
Thanks! |

| Our girls trip to Chicago wouldn't have been the same without our walking food tour of Bucktown and Wicker Park. What a great way to see another part of Chicago. The tasting stops were delicious, the architecture information was really interesting and our tour guide Ben was the best! My only regret was that we didn't do the tour earlier in our trip so that we could make it back to the neighborhoods to experience some of the restaurants and shops that we learned about on the tour. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to see another part of Chicago other than downtown, eat some fantastic food and learn about two great neighborhoods and how they've come to be. Definitely make this a part of your Chicago experience. |
