This tour is advertised as a food tasting with enough for lunch - and certainly surpassed expectations! Having done other food tours where each stop is more or less a bite to sample what an establishment has to offer, we were skeptical that six "tastes" on this tour would be enough for lunch. Starting off with the traditional Chicago dog at George's Hot Dogs got us off on the right start! Hours later, after many other phenomenal foods, many of the group recounted that this experience was the best bite of the tour. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She took time to chat with members of the group and tailored her tour to their interests. The stroll through Wicker Park was a much needed break from eating and was fabulous due to her incredible knowledge and interest in the area's architecture. Even on a gray day, she made it shine. We enthusiastically recommend this tour for the best of what the area has to offer; even locals will be impressed by the quality and variety of the food offered. True foodies are encouraged to bring a large group, many on our tour favored the hot chocolate and ice cream samples (which though delicious, were not what we were expecting as serious eats from the area). All in all, we ended the tour with full bellies, tired feet and a list of recommendations for the rest of our afternoon and weekend of eating!

This tour was one of the highlights of our weekend trip to Chicago. Loved that it was a walking tour, and the history behind the area was very interesting. The food was excellent and the guide was great. Would go again, and recommend to my friends.

Kent our guide was fabulous, knew his stuff and every location rocked! Our group of 7 have not stopped talking and I have shared with my co-workers how awesome the tour, food and archetcure was. We went back to George's and got 2 Greek Squeeze to go and Sultans a falafel to take back to the house. WE can't wait to to the Chinatown tour. Thanks for one of the most memorable days. Also, loved the hand out w/ other places in the area and info on where we went. Helpful for the future.

I was very impressed with our guide's knowledge and enthusiasm for the Wicker Park/Bucktown neighborhood. There was a good variety of local fare to please a variety of palates. Kent (guide) knew a lot about local history and architecture of the neighborhood which he presented with humor and vigor. My friend and I plan to sign up for the other two Chicago neighborhood food tours.

Well paced and excellent choices of food stops. Might change the food selection at Goddess. Enjoyed the walking cultural tour and information about Bucktown and Wicker Park.

Our guide was fun and energetic and so enthusiastic, you could tell he loved doing what he did and telling others of the history around Wicker Park and Bucktown. Though I lived here for 25 years, I moved away 15 years ago. It was fun to see the huge changes in Bucktown. The food experiences were varied and tastey. The guide was informative, enthusiastic and pleasant to be with. I would highly recommend this to anyone, local or tourist!
