We thoroughly enjoyed the food tour. We liked the restaurants that were selected and the food was delicious. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided interesting info not only about the restaurants that we visited but also about the area that we visited. We definitely would recommend this tour and we plan to sign up for some of the other food tours the next time we visit the Chicago area.

Everyone should take a food tour...with Kent!

Our group had the most fantastic time on our food tour with Kent. We are colleagues who are all secretly foodies, and we hopped on this tour for a staff bonding day. We could not have had a better time. We got a combination of great food, awesome tidbits about Wicker Park history, a mini architecture tour...you name it and Kent delivered. Thank you for the AWESOME time!

I strongly recommend the Bucktown/Wicker Park tour. Not only did we get to taste awesome food, we also learned about a different area of Chicago and the history behind it. Our tour guide kept us interested and entertained. Also the portions were generous. I recommend not eating prior to the tour. During our next visit to Chicago, we will be doing another food tour in a different neighbor. Definitely worth it!

My husband and I love food tours, not only for the great restaurants and speciality markets we learn about, but also because of the history of a neighborhood that is shared as the group walks from one location to another. Also gives us an opportunity to meet people from all over the world. Food tours are a unique way to be introduced to a new city, its culture and people! Great tour, great tour guide (Carrie)!

While nothing absolutely blew us away, the three hours was very pleasant. Kent's information on the architecture and history of the area were interesting and informative. The food itself was good, and the businesses all had unique stories. We would recommend the tour and are likely to take a similar tour on our next trip to Chicago. There is a mile or so of walking so keep that in mind. Our favorite stop was iCream.

The tour was great. Our guide was also fantastic. It was a great way to see and try things that are away from the tourist scene. Not only did we get to try local favorites but we also tried a wide range of diverse food. Along with the food we also toured around the neighborhood. Great way of learning amazing history about Chicago. I loved seeing how the locals lived. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting.
