Wonderful Experience

My friend who visits her son in chicago recommened this tour as she knows that we enjoy cooking and eating out. Not only was the food great but also the tour of Wicker Park and Bucktown area was most interesting. Our guide Kent was great. I would recommend this tour to friends.

Kent did a wonderful job of showing us the Bucktown and Wicker Park neighborhoods of Chicago. Aside from tasting some delicious foods, we also learned about the cultural history of the area. I highly recommend this experience!

I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUN BUT HAD NO IDEA I WOULD LOVE EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! MY 13 YEAR OLD SON ADORED IT. HAD A GREAT TIME. WILL RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. NEXT TRIP WE'LL DO THE OTHER ONE EARLY ON THE TRIP. TOUR GUIDE SWEET, FOOD WONDERFUL WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

I enjoyed all of the food we sampled on this tour. I would love to try the other tour for sure. Our tour guide was wonderful! Very fun-spirited and knowledgable. I absolutely recommend this tour!

Our guide (1:00pm Saturday, August 14th) was absolutely great. It was a real plus that she had lived in both Bucktown and Wicker Park because her personal experiences enhanced the tour greatly. She was enjoyable but yet able to keep us focused and moving on the tour!

Very Entertaining and Insightful

My two grown daughters (25 and 29) and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our favorites were the Chicago style dog and the Icream "the guy from florida". It was a little warm and humid during our walk - but we made plenty of stops and found the shade when possible. The only thing I would suggest that you change is the pizza - tourists want to try the Chicago style pizza - no matter what the locals usually eat. We ended up having to go to a pizza parlor to get a sampling of deep dish pizza....and it was a real treat!

Our tour guide Kent was amazing and quite funny! Although the day was super hot, there were just enough stops/breaks from the heat. I would have to say that Hot Chocolate & Piece were our favourite stops! No shortage of food on this tour...you will be full, if not half way through, definitely by the end! Would recommmend to anyone visiting Chicago - great walk & historic look at the area!

All the food was wonderful - we had THE BEST GUIDE - she was enthusiastic, knowledgable, and fun to be with - very friendly - it was obvious she loves Chicago and loves telling others about the history, architecture, etc of the neighborhood, as well as the food. I can't wait to go on the other tour the next time I come to Chicago.

Cary was an excellent tour guide. Loved all the places and samples of food except the gourmet market. The pasta dish was forgettable. Recommend replacing it with fresh vegetable dish.Found tour very informative about the area as well as the food.
