This is our second tour and highly recommend as a value added tour for the cost, interesting neighborhoods visited, food establishments (always fun to see what we get!). Tour guide knowledgable, accommodating, affable. Great way to get a feel for a city et al.

My friends and I absolutely LOVED the food tour - the food, locations, and architectural tour was surprisingly interesting! Our tour guide was fantastic, patient, and energetic. There was definitely thought put in with regards to the timing of what and when you ate and the whole ensemble was very enjoyable!

The best part was the wealth of information given by the guide, Jessica, who was well informed. I didn't think the food was anything special, though.

Food, history, culture, architecture, politics, and local insight, the Wicker Park food tour was an absolute highlight of our trip to Chicago. Initially, we weren't sure if it was going to be kind of goofy, but it actually was a very informative, entertaining and tasty time. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and fun, and we had a blast! I would highly recommend this tour to everyone. And bring your appetite!

The food was great. No complaints. And it was plenty. The walking around the neighborhood was fine, until we stopped to see a bunch of housed that in my opinion, did not need as much explanation. That part dragged a little bit. But otherwise, great experience.

We are legally blind from Michigan. We decided that this would be a fun tour for the two of us and it was! Our tour guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the area and just plain fun. We learned the history of the area while eating our way through three plus hours. The tour description was accurate about there being plenty to eat . The restaurant and grocery/deli choices were varied. We met owners and learned how they started their businesses. We were taken on a walk through quiet streets where a brief lesson on architectural design was given. The houses were beautiful. We walked in Wicker Park.. We highly recommend this tour for adults. If you hesitate because it is a walking tour...don't...we did it without a problem.

I would not recommend this tour unless you enjoy being treated like a first grader. The tour guide is rude. I do not need to be told where to stand or told not to block a door or how loud to talk. I think an adult could handle this without being told several times by the tour guide. This guide needs to be instructed on how to treat customers with courtesy and respect.
