| I thought the tour was a great balance of great food (based on the web description, I was afraid I might not be full but, pleasantly, that was not the case), a little exercise (via walking through the neighborhoods), and interesting information (on both the restaurants we sampled at, the one's we just passed along the way, and the neighborhoods we were in). |

| This is a great tour and an excellent way to start a Chicago trip. Wicker Park and Bucktown are a "Real" neighborhood, not like Navy Pier or Michigan Avenue. We wanted to see local living. In other words, eating at the TGI Friday's in Chicago is pretty much the same as eating at the one in Amarillo. My nephews (ages 13 & 15) vetoed any "museums", but I wanted them to get something more than shopping out of their first trip to Chicago. As suburbanites, we wanted to show them what it would be like to live in Chicago proper. This tour does that and gives you recommendations for about 20 great local spots. Take the tour at the begining of your trip and you will have meal options for the rest of the time. The food on the tour was nice. The boys are a little picky and brushed off some of the toppings, but each had a favorite item. The guides were very knowledgable and informative about the history of Bucktown and Wicker Park. They walked us through the rise and fall of the area. The construction/architecture, social ebb and flow, artists input..... just a fascinating walking history lesson with snacks! We recommended it to all our friends in Chicago and the family that couldn't make it. We only stopped at six places, but the descriptions of the local places had me eager to come back for a sit down meal. My family is not "foodies", but we still loved it. And if you are a foodie, I know you will. |

| We enjoyed all the stops, the Wicker Park and Bucktown area, good walking speed. Would like to see smaller portions, more tastes from the locations. Other than that it was great. |

| My family loves to do food tours when visiting me from out of town and we have done some in other cities but this was our first in Chicago, as I am a recent resident to the city. Our guide was great in terms of providing information about the Wicker Park/Bucktown neighborhood with a good balance of eating and walking. Some members of my family (and the group) felt like it was too much food, but I would never complain about too much versus too little! It may have helped if the full Chicago hot dog and slice of pizza were further apart, maybe start with one and end with the other?
A definite recommendation I will pass on and I can't wait to try the other Chicago food tour! |

| I hadn't spent much time in Chicago, so this tour was a great way to see a couple of interesting neighborhoods up close and learn about their history. Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and informative, and the tour group had a very collegial feeling.
We sampled food from 6 restaurants, and they were all excellent. The portions varied from "almost a meal" to just a taste. At the end, though, no one left hungry. I liked one of he restaurants so much that I went back there for brunch on the same weekend. |

| The tour really was a great way to experience one of Chicago's vibrant neighborhoods. Our guide, Emily, was incredibly informative and kept the mood fun while we wondered through Bucktown and Wickerpark sampling some AMAZING food and getting a very rich historical and cultural background on both communities. Highly recommend for tourist and locals alike. One bit of advice, come hungry!
Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! Will certainly spread the word. |

| I found the tour interesting, the guide was fairly knowledgeable and very informative. The food was good, but not what I had expected at all. Perhaps a better description is in order on the web site. |

| This was a great tour of the Bucktown/Wickerpark neighborhoods, especially the restaurants. It was a fun tour with plenty of tasty food and even a little beer. Definitely recommended, especially on a nice sunny day. |
