Great tour! I don't think our guide could have possible done anything better! We are chef/owerns of a busy Cantina in Ocean City MD and in our opinion from the pizza to the perogies everything was outstanding. I would highly recommend this to anyone. |

What a great way to see the real chicago neighborhoods and wonderful local businesses! Our tour guide was fantastic! You will not be hungry when the tour is over! The tour provides you with history of the restaurants and shops you visit along with the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the city! |

We wanted to celebrate a friends up coming wedding with a fun girls day out so we booked a food tour in Old Town and we had a blast! Our tour guide was wonderful as was the assortment of food we were able to sample. I was surprised how fast 3 1/2 hours went by. What a wonderful way to see a part of the city that most of us had never been to. We had so much fun that we are planning on going on another one this summer. |

Every year my sisters and I go to a different city. If possible, we do a Foody Tour. The weather for our entire time in Chicago was great OTHER than the day of the tour. It was windy and cold. However Martha, our tour guide, kept everyone moving right along so we spent the minimum time outside. Her oral history of the area and food for Chicago's Near North Side was outstanding. We visited a good variety of locations, had more than enough to eat, and had a wonderful time. My sister's and I went back to several of the locations to make purchases using the discounts provided. I highly recommend this tour and rate it tied for 1st place. |

Three of my sisters and I attended this walk on Friday, May 17th. We had an awesome time. The tour was very informative both about the food but also along the neighborhoods where we walked. The buildings and flowers were absolutely beautiful which was a nice surprise since we didn't know what to expect. We really didn't have a favorite spot we visited since they were all a different experience. |

Our tour consisted of 12 people on a short and easy walk along quaint areas of N. State and Wells Sts. We stopped at seven locations that were all very different and very fun, as well as educational. For instance, how to make tea and why tea is good for you; why working with whole ground pepper is so much more flavorful (we actually had a mini-lecture from the owner, who might just work evenings at Second City); making your own oil and vinegar concoction from nearly limitless types of oils and balsamic vinegars. We ate well, yes, but I don't think anyone felt over fed. The food selections were very fun; Chicago deep dish pizza, sushi, chocolate, and a little pastry. But what really made the tour so much fun was Alia. Alia was exceptional (not to mention a doll). She just exudes charm, is extremely poised, very knowledgeable, and spoke clearly and very audibly. This tour, with Alia, is a must. |
