I recently took my second Near North food tasting and cultural tour, bringing a different group of friends this time. If possible, I enjoyed it even more than the first, even though most of the venues were the same.I loved revisiting all of the interesting shops from my previous visit and was happy to discover the newest addition, the wonderful Polish bakery. The historical and cultural narratives along the route are the best part of the experience. Our guide, Ariana, was knowledgable, personable and simply adorable and made the tour not only informative, but also a lot of fun. Just today, I recommended the tour to another couple of friends who will be visiting later this summer. Thank you for another unique experience in the windy city. The entire process and the tour itself are very well-organized. I'm sure I'll be back a third time! |

The tour was a wonderful time with my friends. The foods were very tasty, and our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Seeing Chicago in this light was enjoyable and enlightening. The only recommendation I'd make, is that is would be pleasant to be able to sit at the different venues, rather than stand to listen and eat. |

My husband and I enjoyed the food tour, a novel way to become acquainted with a city we were visiting. Our tour guide was lively and knowledgeable and the food sampling delicious. We especially enjoyed walking and visiting various food shops and restaurants, places we most likely would not have visited on our own. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was the tour took longer than stated, a problem for us since we were on a tight schedule. (Some people in the tour walked so slowly, it was difficult to stay on schedule.) I would recommend this tour to others. |

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the food tour. Our guide was great! She was extremely knowledgeable and managed to keep her pleasant disposition despite the extreme heat and humidity. The food places on the tour were also great and we gained a lot of valuable information. I would highly recommend this food tour for anyone that appreciates food and wants to know something about these areas of Chicago. |

This was a lot of fun and very informative both on the stores and the history of the neighborhoods in Chicago. Rebecca was great and kept us moving at a good pace. |

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. A great way to spend the afternoon and enjoy sights/ local businesses that we would not have found on our own. |

We had a great time on the tour. I was skeptical as to whether the time invested was going to be worth it, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our guide not only made it a wonderful time exploring new tastes and ways to look at food, but the cultural information and facts let the time slip by way too fast. Our two most favorite stops were the oil shop and the spice shop.
The trek to our final stop was a bit long, but saw some very interesting places along the way. And who would have thought that we would have ended the tour eating Spinach pizza and enjoy it!!!
We enjoyed the Reuben sandwich so much at our first stop that we went back on Sunday for a quick brunch before we had to catch our train. And we had to revisit the Tea shop to buy tea for the folks back home.
It was a great time and would do it again. |

Tour was over 3 hours. Lots of walking but worth it. Guide was extremely well-informed and entertaining. The stops were varied and we learned something new at every place. |

There were six in our group and we all enjoyed the trivia, history and architectural nature of the running commentary of our tour guide, Nikki. The amount of food and walking were well balanced and sufficient. We're all looking forward to the possibility of a China Town food tour in the near future! |
