Best thing we did in our 4 days in Chicago!

Loved this! We (me, husband, sister) really enjoyed the Gold Coast tour. Food was great, but the experience was the best. I would probably never have gone into the olive oil store and would have felt intimidated by the spice store were I on my own but the tour made it fun and ok to visit these wonderful places! We learned a TON! The tour was well planned with places to rest a minute, restroom breaks, and good consideration given to how much you would realistically want to eat at any given stop. Highly recommend!

My husband and I highly recommend this tour as a different way to see and learn about Chicago neighborhoods. Our guide, Arianna, was wonderful - personable AND knowledgeable. Each tasting location exceeded our expectations. They were all so friendly and gave excellent, short, informational "talks". Do be aware, though, that there is quite a bit of walking. It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be for those not accustomed to walking such a distance.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Near North food tour. We were lucky to have great weather. Our tour guide Ariana was great. She was well informed, funny, and just a wonderful tour guide. All of the food tasting was fabulous and more than enough to fill you up. Will definitely take in the other food tours on next trip to Chicago.

These tours are always wonderful - a great way to experience different areas of Chicago. The guides are knowledgeable and entertaining and the tastings are a combination of the iconic and the unusual.

We started out going to some unusual places, like a spice shop and an oil and vinegar shop. They were amazing and loved by everyone. The food was great and the pizza at the end of the tour was so good!!!!

Really interesting way to see the city. Guide was great and the tour definitely was about more than just food. We were given interesting snippets about the achitecture, the food.

A wonderful tour. Hilary was an exceptional guide. Size of group was perfect. Food choices were great (we went back and bought stuff!). We will definitely do another tour next time we are in Chicago and have already recommended this to friends. It was a big hit.

Took the tour with family and friends - our tour guide Hilary was absolutely fantastic. Enuciation, volume and clarity of voice and her overall warmth really made the tour (which was laid out beautifully) perfect. The extra tidbits and stories about architecture and chicago that she shared added a lot of depth the the experience. The tour itself was fascinating and educational and I have already visited the stores that were on the tour. Variety was great and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the tour.

The Tour Guide was enthusiastic, enjoyable, and very informative. She entertained questions, was patient, and most definitely did not rush through the tour. She made every attempt to answer any and all questions that she was asked. Even at the end of the tour, she did not leave immediately afterward, she stayed and gave directions to me on how to quickly return, since i wanted to walk back. I sincerely thank her. My tour was on September 11, 2010 at 1 p.m. Give her a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
