Of all things, my dentist recomrnded this tour. We were so glad we took his recomendation! Our tour guide, Jessie, was vivacious and knowledgable. The tour showed us amazing gems in thecity, both food wise and historically. We would highly recommend this tour whether you live on the city or are traveling! Thanks to Jessie for the wonderful afternoon!

Visiting Chicago for the second time from the UK, we thought the food tour would be a good opportunity to see areas of the city from a different perspective. We weren't disappointed. Our guide, Hilary was fab. Her enthusiasm, breadth of knowledge and friendly style made all elements of the tour even ether. The mix of places visited was superb and we were welcome in each and learnt loads too. As for the tasters .... Fantastic. So so pleased we did this tour .... Certainly plan to do the other food tours when we return. Loved it. Thank you.

Our tour guide was informative, funny, entertaining, and helpful. Can not remeber her name -- it is not because she did not leave a lasting impression. We told everyone about this experience and strongly encouraged them to take the tour. The food was terrific!

Our tour guide, Jess, was very enthusiastic and interesting. Nice choice of restaurants Interesting stories about the buildings and history of Chicago. The weather was beautiful. The walk was good - would not advise too much more in distance Fun day!

It was fantastic for my wife and I. A great combination of food, history, entertainment, and exercise. The walking is no big deal and well worth it to be introduced to new things. Our guide did a great job. The neighborhoods were clean and safe. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

As locals, we weren't sure how much we would actually gain from being on this tour. However, we had a great time. Our guide, Hillary, was knowledgeable and very friendly. We learned some new, interesting, and fun facts about our city. We also discovered some local specialty shops such as the oil and vinegar shop, spice shop, and tea shop. I gave it a 4 star because of the price of the tour. For $42.00, I would have expected a little more in terms of food and drink. We started off with half of a Reuben sandwich at the first stop (no drink provided), an iced tea at the next stop, nothing at the spice shop (you just get to sprinkle some cinnamon onto your hand), nothing at the oil and vinegar shop either (you do get to taste some oil and vinegar, but you can do that whether or not you're on the tour), a few pieces of chocolate covered toffee at the following stop, 1 Polish pierogi and 2 kolacky at the patisserie (no drink), and finally a slice of spinach stuffed pizza at Bacino's (only tap water is served). Now, to be fair, I didn't feel hungry after the tour at all, but at $42 a person, it would have been nice to have had soft drinks provided at the deli and patisserie. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

It's such a great way to learn about the culture in the city and taste all kinds of food. We were surprisingly impressed with our choices. Our tour guide, Ariana, was very amicable, funny and informative. This made our experience that much more better! My BF's review: I loved it! I was able to taste a gamut of fresh delicacies that delighted my taste buds. Our tour guide's narration of the Gold Coast and Old Town's history made the walk feel like an adventure (who knew that the first Playboy Mansion was in Chicago). It was three hours of my Chicago trip well spent!
