I really enjoyed this tour. It was very informative and had a nice variety of stops. Our tour guide, Martha, was very knowledgable about the history of the various neighborhoods she took us to. All the samples were yummy!

A great experience from start to finish! Great food, interesting facts. A truly delightful experience.

It was a semi-rainy Saturday and I had booked the last tour time slot (12:30pm) so I was kinda grumpy from the get go and the fact that I didn't get the time I wanted (I wanted an 11am slot but it was booked) made me even more ornery. When we arrived at the meeting spot there was a tall attractive blonde speaking to a bunch of people and I was hoping she would be our guide - you know what they say blondes are better!! But alas, she was not. She was the guide for 12:00pm tour. My 12:30 tour guide was Nikki, a small statured lady and pregnant to boot, my first impression "Great, last slot of the day and I get the pregnant lady. Kiss my $45 good-bye". Wow! Was I wrong!! Nikki rocked the boat! She made everything sooo insightful and really had me captivated with her enthusiasm for her City and the places that we were visiting. I REALLY REALLY liked this tour and I'm looking forward to going to their Bucker/Wicker Park tour the next time I'm in town AND revisiting all of the amazing places she introduced me to this time around! Thanks Nikki! You Rock!

My husband and I had a great time. We got to eat food that we would have never otherwise tried while visiting Chicago. We would definatly try another tour if we were to visit Chicago again in the future.

It was a very good experience. We visited some local stores/ deli/ restaurant in approximately 3.5 hours by foot. It was very nice to learn how to correctly prepare tea or about the differences in spices we might encounter. Also we had the opportunity to taste Chicago style pizza, chocolate, sweets, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I would like to have received a little bit more information about the history of the neighborhood or, if it was enough, it would have been nicer if the pace of the tour had been slower.

This was the second time we've taken this tour, and with Jess in the lead, I learned even more than I did the first time. Several of the businesses on the tour have our continued business even though we're in Columbia, SC!!

Our tour was great. Our guide was also great. Very informative and knowledgable. I wasn't crazy about the sausage pizza- only because I don't like sausage. I would have liked to pick what kind I wanted.
