We've greatly enjoyed food tours in NYC and your tour in Wicker Park. This one was among the best.
We especially loved the Old Town Oil stop. |

There were some really delicious spots along the way, and we learned a bunch of info about how food is prepared, its history, and why it tastes so good! Great way to explore the city up close! |

My favorite part of the tour was seeing areas of Chicago that I probably would have never seen without the tour. So much more to Chicago than touristy down town areas! I learned a lot and got a full stomach... No complaints! |

The food was amazing, but also learned so much about spices and oils, neighborhoods, and history. Very nice mix of it all and the tour guide was lots of fun and kept it fresh. Would like to try another one next time we come. |

Having taken a Chicago Food Planet tour before, and wanting to give all of my guests a unique Chicago experience, it was a no-brainer for me to schedule another tour for the friends and family that were in Chicago for my recent wedding. Our group ranged in ages from 14 to 70+, and all had a great experience! The tour was well-organized and very professional from a business perspective, and the tour itself was very informative and a ton of fun (which is saying a lot since it rained the day of the tour). All of my guests gushed about how much they enjoyed the experience. Whether you are from Chicago (as I am), or an out-of-towner looking to learn more about the great city of Chicago, the Chicago Food Planet tours are a must-do! |

Jess led our tour and was AMAZING! Her level of enthusiasm (even in the pouring rain) and knowledge were exceptional. The wonderful food on the tour was expected, but it was all the additional information about the area that made this the experience it was. I would defintely recommend this to anyone spending time in Chicago! |

I have been to Chicago many times on business, but never took the time to investigate various local neighborhoods, to taste and learn about various dishes/cuisine, to delight in knowing more about exotic teas or spices or oils/vinegars, to enrich my knowledge of what Chicago truly has to offer. This tour was a highlight in our trip, and has introduced us to many new experiences, shops, and areas that we will return to in future stays. |

Really enjoyed the review - as much as you can in torrential rain! It was a history/cultural tour as much as a food tour, which was great. Just enough food - I really thought there might be more, but it was enough. Would go on one again! |
