Best Walking Tour Ever!! |

My wife and I have been to Chicago many times, but had never taken a guided tour of the city. The description of the tour sounded great (we are both foodies), so we enthusiastically signed up. The tour itself was better than either of us had imagined. Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, both about the places we specifically visited and about Chicago in general. The tastings were also amazing--the types of food were very diverse (from spices and oils to pizza and chocolate) and overall very filling (no dinner afterwards!). However, even if you are not really into the specific food tastings during the tour, this tour provides a great overview of where to find some of the city's best restaurants that are often overlooked by tourists as well as gives a better intro to the history of some of Chicago's neighborhoods then you will get on some other neighborhood walking tours. I would extremely, greatly, highly recommend this tour to anyone!! The only warning I have is that after taking this tour, all other Chicago historical walking tours will seem boring and bland! |

We had a great guide on a beautiful fall day with family from out of town! We taste tested interesting and yummy items including tea, spices, cheeses, vinegars & oils, pizza, potato pancakes, butter toffee, etc. We received a lot of very interesting information about the places we visited and the products they carried, as well as the history of the area we walked through. Niki, our guide, was engaging, entertaining, and full of information. |

The tour was even more interesting than we anticipated. The tour guide was informative and entertaining. We especially enjoyed the Oil & Vinegar shop. It was a place that we may not have sought out on our own. We also enjoyed the time spent at the Spice shop. It was a very good mix of food and history. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the Chicago area. |

I would highly recommend this tour. Not only do you visit many foody places, but you tour several different neighborhoods. The food is plentiful and places are all different. Our tour took 3 1/2 hours so be prepared for walking and listening to the history of Chicago and food. |

The food tour was incredible, saw some amazing places and the tour guide, Shane, was very knowledge about the city which made for some great learning of the history as well. I can't say enough good things about this tour I would definitely recommend and have recommended to all that travel to Chicago as a must do. Thank you so very much it was amazing! |

Nicole was our guide and we learned so much more about CHicago even though 4 out of our 5 were native CHicagoans. Highly recommend! I would not do Sunday next time because the places were closed ater our tour so we could not go back to buy items. |

I was more than pleasantly suprised with the tour and would highly reccomend it to any persons whether they are locals or tourist. It was very informative and entertaining, the host of the group was fantastic, we really enjoyed her commentary and bits of historical information. |

The wife and I both enjoyed the tour. The guide was well informed and knew her stuff. Some of the establishments we visited seemed somewhat put out by us. I recommend that you give out better, updated/current and more specific directions for returning to the tour staring point. |

This was very enjoyable. I learned about many places I have already been back to or plan to go back to. I enjoyed learning about the neighborhoods and the houses/buildings/businesses we passed. I have already recommended it to friends. Thanks for the great afternoon experience and the great food! |
