Near North Food Tasting & Cultural Walking Tour

The Best Tour EVER, we truly enjoyed ourselves the most fun, and that was even in the rain. I would recommend this most definenately to anybody. Thanks so much for the great time.

Highly recommended to see different parts of chicago with local flavor... Tour guides were great and made the cold, rainy and windy day feel like sunshine!

I highly recommend for locals and anyone looking for a great afternoon. Our guide, Heather was OUTSTANDING!! She was very knowlegdable and enthusiastic, a total gem! We were treated to great food and interesting information. Loved it!

This is the second tour I have taken with Food Planet. The weather did not cooperate yet our guide Heather was still always cheery and enthusiastic. The one stop I didnt think too much of and ended up being my favorite was the Oil and Vinegar tasting. Who knew it would be difficult to get everyone out of that shop. I also learned more about tea than I ever thought possible. The deli stop and the rueben sandwhich was excellent. If it was not so rainy and windy we would have gone back to many of these locations to do some shopping. I highly recommend it. I plan on bringing my daughter and try out the third and last tour which is the Chinatown tour. Highly recommend.

Wonderful and fun way to see the city...sampling foods specific to the area. The historical aspect of the tour was my favorite though.

We had a wonderful time on our foodie tour! The tour was very educational about the food, history and culture! The pace was perfect, the time allotted at each stop was enough and the tastings were diverse. I would highly recommend the tour and will plan on attending another one the next time we are in Chicago!

Learned alot and enjoyed ourselves even though the weather was unusually miserable-cold and rainy near the end of the tour, Hillary was still as enthusiastic at the beginning as at the end of the tour. Would definitely do again.

THis is the only way to get a real feel for the city! Even though the weather was bleak, our tour guide was perky, and our group was very engaged with our activity. This is a beautiful city, with diverse archetecture, culture, people and food. We had a great sampling! I have recommended this tour for my family and friends who live in the area, and when I come back I will definitely be taking another tour! Thank you for a fantastic experience!
