| We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Our guide was great - very friendly and upbeat. It was a great way to see the city in a non-touristy kind of way. We love to learn about history of cities and did learn a few new things on this tour. The food tasting was fantastic - from the Pastrami sandwich to the oils and balsamic vinegar to the delicious chocolate treat. Definitely a great way to bring exposure to the gems you may never have found out about on your own. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. Great date idea for couples! |

| The tour guide was very knowledgeable and energetic. Just the right amount of information on the food and the neighbourhoods visited was given. The food was tasty and filling. Would definately reccommend this tour to anyone visiting Chicago. |

| They were four couples in our group. Everyone enjoyed the walking tour not only did we taste some delicous foods we learned many things about teas, spices, olive oil and, balsamic vinegar that was new and informative to all of us. The day started with a tasty sandwich and ended with the best Chicago pizza we had while in town. As well, we learned so much about Chicago to include history, events, and historical buildings and places that we probably would not have seen if not for the tour. Would recommend the tour, and will probably now do other tours while in large cities. |

| It's a great way to see parts of Chicago that you won't get on other tours. You walk around real neighborhoods, eat good food and learn a little history. Don't expect an all-you-can-eat buffet, but you do get to sample some very good foods from real Chicago restaurants. Some of the stops on the tour are more informative than they are filling. On the tour we took, we had a great Rueben from a Jewish deli and some of the best Chicago-style pizza I've ever had. But a couple stops offered only a small taste.
All said, it is definitely a great way to spend a few hours. The tour guide is great, very enthusiastic. When you're finished with the tour, you'll feel like a Chicagoan. |

| I am originally from Chicago and the tour provided a lot of good information of the local buildiings that I did not know before, even after living there for 20 plus years. The tour actually included the original playboy mansion. There is plenty to eat on the tour and the people giving the food are very knowledgable about it. Overall I could not have asked for a better tour of the heart of Chicago. |

| We were a group of four friends, two living in Illinois and two from out of town. We all loved the tour, food, and information that we learned. We probably would not have gone to those places if it hadn't been for the tour. Looking forward to shopping at those locations in person or online. |

| The Near North Food Tour in Chicago was simply excellent! Jennifer, our guide, was wonderful and most entertaining. Her insight about the areas we toured was really informative and we loved hearing the history of the various locations we walked through. Had we had more time, we would have taken another Chicago food tour of a different area because our experience was so great with this first tour. Would recommend this activity for anyone interested in food, cooking, architecture and history. |
